"Perfect location. Quiet countryside and no traffic"

No staff available to greet us and show us to our apartment. The internet was useless.

"Very good food and excellent wine. Lovely setting."

Staff were quite formal but very good.

"Breakfast was fantastic. The meal we had at the restaurant was delicious. The room was comfortable and clean. Parking included was good. The facilities were excellent, including swimming, ice skating, curling, etc"

"Nagyon kedves volt a tulajdonos. Külön tetszett a ház családias hangulata, a kert rész, és hogy csendes helyen van. A szobánk pont olyan volt, mint a képeken! Meglepett a konyha felszereltsége, még airfryer is volt."

A padló a férjem szerint egy picit lejtett. Egész héten ide-oda mászkált egy helyen, hason fekve nézegette. Vízi mértékkel ellenőrizgette, végül úgy döntött, hogy szereznünk kell egy golyót. Nagyon nehéz volt lebeszélni róla. Szerintem egyébként nem lejtett...

"Nice calm resort well eqiupped spa, large rooms, great food, drink as well.. What is on top level is staff, in particular super nice lady at reception, always ready to help, moving you immediatelly to relaxing mood on arrival. Hope landlord is well aware having such a treasure in the team."

"Ez egy kisebb szálloda, amely a csodaszép Indiai óceán partján található. Nagyon szép a partszakasz, csodálatos színekben pompázik az óceán. A személyzet figyelmes és kedves, minden kérést teljesítenek. Minden szoba az óceánra néz, csodálatos az erkélyről és a szobából a kilátás. Nagyon szép a kert, tele van gyönyörű növényekkel."

The absence of a choice of restaurants inside the resort, but there are many outside

"If I'm coming back to this resort it's only due to Mr.Hossam , he made our stay exceptional, he is the kind of staff that you will alw ays remember, and the resort overall is outstanding as well"

"We upgraded to the deluxe apartments which was totally worth it as these apartments are huge. We enjoyed the dinner especially the fresh barbecue and breakfast The resort is close to the turtle reserve and we went there for the evening walk. We swung by the Turtle reserve earlier in the day and booked in which was worth while as we got on the walk that left on time and therefore didn’t have to wait. Just to mention for people wanting to see turtles: we saw plenty of them swimming around off Bimmah beach later in our holiday"

There seems to be a lack of management oversight, with some areas for improvement. For example, one of the bath mats which was in place in front of the shower had holes in it - which really shouldn't happen. And there is a need for a "refresh" of the the rooms.

"Meseszép a hely és a kilátás! A személyzet nagyon kedves. A termálvíz, a dézsa és a szauna szuper volt és külön kiemelendő, hogy a strand zárása után a szálló vendégek még használhatták este a termált. A reggeli finom volt és a mennyiséggel sem volt problémánk."

A szobában 10 percig engedni kell a vizet, hogy jöjjön meleg is. A reggeli bár finom volt, de nagyon egyhangú, főleg ha valaki több napra megy. A személyzet nagyon kedves volt, de a főnök indokolatlanul minősíthetetlen hangnemben beszélt velünk. Köntöst a kommentek miatt vittünk magunkkal, de szuper lenne, ha a szálláson is rendelkezésre állna. A benti büfé volt csak nyitva, ahol kevés választék volt az italok terén, főleg a rövid italokat hiányoltuk.

A collection of pretty little cabins by the beach surrounded by palm trees with hammocks slung between them for whiling away the days. With only the sounds of birds and waves. Where everyone just hangs out and chats, the staff, the other guests, the extremely interesting and gregarious owner Gregory (no pun intended). I could spend a week here just forgetting about the outside world. The various arrangements (airport transfer, transfer back to town, activities) all went smoothly as well. Which is my no means guaranteed in this part of the world."

Not much but if I went again I'd maybe pay a little more for the room with ensuite shower rather than sharing a communal shower with non locking door. Obviously this is budget accommodation in West Africa so it's of the rustic eco lodge variety rather than the western style hotel room variety in case anyone is expecting that.

Breakfast selection was mediocre. Some small spa or sauna area would create extra value.

"Beautiful views. Quiet and well managed holiday centre"

I didn't realise when I booked it how far from Risor town it is - 19km! The address says Risor and unless you look on a map, you cannot know its not actually in Risor, and I needed to be in Risor, but didn't go there by car so ended paying for very expensive taxis. You have to have a car to stay here.

"Stayed 5 nights in this absolute dream! 🤩 very well maintained, very high quality of rooms with attention to detail (freshly renovated beach bungalows), warm and welcoming atmosphere thanks to attentive staff who ensures a personal approach to their guests. The whole experience (from day trips to Tuherahera and snorkelling with manta rays) was all just over the top!"

Effectively ruined all our future holidays because nothing will ever compare 😅

"The hotel is great and in an amazing location which is right inside the airport. Staff were polite and amazing, great buffet breakfast, there is mini zoo which had wildlife such as monkeys, crocodile, tortoise, parrot, ostriches, peacocks etc. The rooms and facilities was great and it was a great stay. They provided free shuttle to the airport which is a bonus."

The pool could do with a bit of cleaning.

There was nothing significant to complain about. Overall, the experience met and even exceeded my expectations.

it’s outdated! needs more activities for the kids.. or indoor playgrounds.. because of the heat and questioning weather they should have more means of transportation inside of the resort and include more varieties in the breakfast. They should have express check in and check out
