주변에 식당이없다보니 골드카드로 갔는데 식사를 그나마 괜찮은건 마젤란이었는데 3박동안 가려니 너무 질리더라구요 사이판pic처럼 좀더 다양한 레스토랑이 있었으면 좋겠어요

I wish the restaurant area lighti g could be improved especially closer to the water...it would make a lovely evening entertainment area.

"The property is very welcoming, with professional and helpful staff. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade, which I really appreciated. The swimming pool was closed for two days, but the hotel kindly removed the related charges. At breakfast, I would suggest adding kiwi and avocado, which I personally missed. The beach, gym, leisure facilities, and overall atmosphere are beautiful and relaxing. The sea is simply stunning! 🌊"

Az étteremtől a kávézóig mindenhol tökéletes volt a kiszolgálás és az ételek minősége. Kúlón köszönjük Szabó Orsolya figyelmességét aki miután meglátta hogy magyar vendégek vagyunk a vendéglistán kúlön is megkeresett minket és jelezte, ha bármilyen segítségre vagy foglalásra van szúkségúnk a szállodában hívjuk nyugodtan. Ezúton is köszónjúk a kúlón figyelmességét. Mindenkinek legalább egyszer el kell jónnie ide. Tökéletes szálloda."

Organised tours available for guests from tourist agencies, for self organised guests rent-a-car is the only option for sightseeing. Some facilities require better maintenance.

There seems to be a lack of management oversight, with some areas for improvement. For example, one of the bath mats which was in place in front of the shower had holes in it - which really shouldn't happen. And there is a need for a "refresh" of the the rooms.

"I truly loved it! It was the perfect getaway on the island. Feels secluded away from the high rise hotel area. The view is breathtaking. The staff is simply the loveliest group of people. Extremely helpful, kind and hospitable. The path at the front of the hotel is perfect for a sunset or sunrise run/walk. The blend with nature is truly top! I loved it"

"Late check-in was easy and quick. Room was clean and comfortable. Facilities were good and hotel is next to water park and Pasir Ris park, which is great for outdoor activities."
