"L' appartement est situé dans une zone résidentielle avec un portail d'entrée. Il est climatisé, propre, spacieux et bien agencé. Il y a tout pour faire la cuisine et même un congélateur supplémentaire."
Le store du balcon était bruyant et il y avait des enfants qui jouaient au foot près des fenêtres le soir.

"The apartment is spacious, well-equipped on the second floor with a balcony overlooking the sea and the lagoon. It was interesting to watch pelicans, herons, iguanas. Nearby is a swimming pool, beach, we could use beach towels, an umbrella. Attentive and kind hostess Fabienne."

"Très bel appartement avec tout ce qu’il faut. On se sent à la maison et on est proche des restaurants, supermarchés et la plage à 1 minute à pied. La prise en charge par Lola s’est très bien passée et l’accueil très chaleureux. Je recommande vivement cet appartement pour un séjour à St-Martin, vous y passerez vos meilleurs moments."

"Great accommodation in La Baie Nettle area. Entire complex is secured 24x7. Description and photos match the real situation. Free access to nice swimming pool."
The buildings in the complex could be repainted. However, this does not affect the assessment of the facility in any way.

"Great location. Ample parking with bakery, restaurant and grocery store steps away. With washing machine Two bedrooms were comfortable."
Bit of an ant problem in kitchen. No shower glass or curtain in shower. Owner not very responsive to messages for questions asked.

"Alojamiento amplio para una persona, muy limpio, bien situado. La ropa olía muy bien y hay artículos de higiene y para desayuno. Precio muy interesante para San Martín con las comodiades ofrecidas. Muy recomendable."
