- room has a kitchenette, but there are kitchen utensils. 2 Cups are for coffee and tea. 2 glass for drinking. -extra blanket has torn part, it's not a big deal cause it's still usable. However , if you are a 4 star hotel, simple detail matters.

"It was a kind of only option because of the high demands and options ran out, so i was worried , however since day one i found an excellent hospitality ,everyone of the staff was giving the maximum effort to help , it was an out standing experience for the price , They even offered extra service including open buffet Eid Iftar also last day of Ramadan iftar which both was not included in the package deal , they gave an excellent Eid vibes The hotel is facing the Haram directly, surrounded by all the facilities Needed . Big thanks for every Staff member who made our stay pleasant"

There was no parking at the Car lots available but i can understand the limited car lots Vs the high demand that time
