"The property is very welcoming, with professional and helpful staff. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade, which I really appreciated. The swimming pool was closed for two days, but the hotel kindly removed the related charges. At breakfast, I would suggest adding kiwi and avocado, which I personally missed. The beach, gym, leisure facilities, and overall atmosphere are beautiful and relaxing. The sea is simply stunning! 🌊"

The breakfast is a bit disappointing, would have loved a strong cup of coffee, but the rest of the menu is really enjoyable, and the great service more than makes up for the slightly under par breakfast.

"Location is really great - In the middle of the desert just on the beach. Small boutique hotel with very friendly personel and very good food"

Flies were the problem in the end of December which make difficult to eat outside till evening.

Not the hotels fault directly but the rush to catch our flight due to the 3rd party flight company flying us to the airport made an addition stop on the way to the airport.

Kúlón köszönjük Szabó Orsolya figyelmességét aki miután meglátta hogy magyar vendégek vagyunk a vendéglistán kúlön is megkeresett minket és jelezte, ha bármilyen segítségre vagy foglalásra van szúkségúnk a szállodában hívjuk nyugodtan. Ezúton is köszónjúk a kúlón figyelmességét. Mindenkinek legalább egyszer el kell jónnie ide. Tökéletes szálloda."

Due to Eid holiday the room was not ready & clean at check in time.

"Hangulatos, tiszta, kedves személyzet, lègkondival felszerelt szoba, nem akadozott a melegvíz."

Olvastuk már itt a korábbi értékeléseknél, hogy a wifivel voltak gondok korábban, ez továbbra is fennáll. A wifi olyan volt, mintha nem is létezne egyáltalán. Egy vízforraló még elférne a szobafelszereltségbe.

Having to get taxis but the cheap so not to bad.

"Firstly, the staff - they were exceptional. The location was great with snorkelling on a reef just off the beach. We were there for 5 nights and the food was very good (except for one meal which was just average). Rooms were spacious and not too close together."

The tropical gardens around the hotel were beautiful and larger than any hotel gardens I have seen elsewhere in Asia and very well maintained. In particular we would like to mention Mr Tony Tong the Hospitality Manager who was very helpful advising us on excursions and sorting out a serious travel problem (0ne railway ticket booked instead of two!)"

The whole experience (from day trips to Tuherahera and snorkelling with manta rays) was all just over the top!"

Effectively ruined all our future holidays because nothing will ever compare 😅
