"The property is very secure and easy with self check-in, with great communication from the managers. The apartment was spotlessly clean, and cutely decorated. We appreciated having several towels and face washers, as well as a bath mat. Nice hot water in the shower. The washing machine and dryer were excellent to have available, as well as washing powder. Good lighting and aircon in the room. A great base to explore San Juan. They also kindly let us leave our bags in the lobby for a few hours after check out whilst we went to pick up a rental car."

"A couple of minor things that could be improved easily - the kitchen was usable but would benefit from some additional cooking utensils (we had to make do with cutlery for stirring and serving food). The wifi often cut out of an evening, likely when all guests were home. There were also a lot of mosquitos so perhaps some repellent would be helpful."

"Easy to find, PARKING, quiet place, really good staff, the place was clean and had all the items you need in the kitchen to cook, AC, washer, dryer (a plus both), TV, security cameras and you have a soap in the bathroom, plus, HOT WATER, free COFFEE..and 2 bottles of water...that is really nice from the staff!"

"My unit had a lil water inside like some area of the wall is leaking water inside when it rains..but not a problem for me."

"Location was great. Smack dead in the middle with the local residents. It made my experience that much more greatly appreciated. Verses stay up in a fancy Hotel with the rest of the tourist."
