"Most of the days I had early tours and they offered us brown bags with juice a fruit and breakfast sandwiches. They were very helpful with directions and things to do. They even alerted us of protesters in the event we were going in the direction of the protest."

"Firstly, there are 4 covers/layers on the bed, so I had a wonderfully warm sleep in the cooler night climate. Lovely hot shower, great pressure. The staff are fantastic, we wanted an early start to go to Pallay Punchu, they ordered a taxi for us for 6am and our breakfast was available as take-away! I ended up staying an extra night after the hike to enjoy some relaxation time and fast wifi before continuing with my journey. Muchas gracias!"

"beautiful and cozy place. The personell is very kind and service minded. The location is perfect. For those who would like to have a richer breakfast, be aware that it is already in your room and you need to cook it yourself. I've stayed in February, so it can be rather cold in the room during the night. However the double duvet is provided. Anyways, try to request a room located on the 1st (2nd) floor, not the ground floor, it is warmer there"
