"An absolutely phenomenal experience that went far beyond a normal hotel stay. I cannot praise this hotel enough, and most importantly, I cannot thank the hotel manager, Mr. Nurlan, enough for what he did for us. Mr. Nurlan was incredibly supportive and helpful in every possible way — not only inside the hotel, but even outside the hotel, assisting us with arrangements, guidance, and personal support that went far beyond his duties. His dedication, generosity, and genuine care are truly rare to find. Thanks to him, our stay was smooth, comfortable, and unforgettable. He turned our visit to Gabala into a perfect experience and set a new standard for what true hospitality means. This hotel is outstanding, but Mr. Nurlan is its greatest asset. "The resort is just next to a clean beach for breathing fresh air all of the times, has a clean swimming pool, pool side sitting area, bar selling drink options and snacks, kitchen offering different food options. There are only a few rooms here (5-6) so you can check availability for booking. There are many coconut trees at the facility and you can enjoy a great sunshine exposure at this place."

There was nothing that you don't like here as you are close to the pool and beach front. However, the place is situated at ELWA, a few km far from city, so you would need to get a taxi if you have business in Monrovia town (Sinkor or Clara town etc.)

"The pool was necessary but a little dirty. The ac is effective and the hot water is too. You cant ask to much of hospitality businesses in this part of west africa but this place exceeded them. This place is great for overlanders"

Its definitely more of a "hang out" hotel for locals to come swim or watch football. It will probably be a little rowdy on some weekends. The staff seemed a little confused how to handle overnight guests.

"The people from the front desk are amazing, really helpful. They gave us towels for the beach, and beach chairs. They made our stay way better, including after checkout. The hotel has an almost private beach where they also gave us a beach umbrella, it was a paradise, all for us (we even saw manta rays). The location is perfect. Not far from the ferry, not far to nice beaches, not far from places to eat. The hotel is clean, nice rooms, nice bathrooms, they gave us complimentary waters and coffee in the room. Also, the hotel has a bar and a restaurant. At night it solved us having there something to eat having been all day out."

Everything in Turks and Caicos is expensive, and in North/Middle Caicos even more (that’s not the hotel). The restaurant of the hotel was good but expensive. It is a good alternative, even more if you don’t want to grab the car again, but I would check the prices before seating to see if they are ok for you.

"The family room was small, but had everything you need. The breakfast was delicious and the drink prices were reasonable. The best choice in the area. Evening village life is a separate show, unfortunately we couldn't find any entertainment nearby. And the wealthier residents instead gathered at our place of stay."

The first night we had trouble sleeping because at 3AM all the villagers started making noise (roosters, dogs, cats, turkeys, goats, sheep) but by the second and third we were already used to the village sounds.

"The rooms were large and clean, the location was very convenient. There was a gas station nearby, so you could buy things at any time. The restaurant downstairs had very tasty meals. Don't forget to try the pizzas! The staff was helpful and friendly. Even though it was close to the highway, you couldn't hear any car noises."

"We know Zahara very well and this is the second time that we have stayed at the Playa de la Plata. We loved our apartment, which was bright , modern and well furnished . The staff are friendly and welcoming, and the whole complex is kept spotlessly clean. A very enjoyable stay - thank you!"

"We loved the quiet scenic location and the beautiful, elegant new resort with top tier facilities. Felt pampered by the staff and enjoyed the best massage. The resort provide free shuttle into Koror morning and afternoon, which is ideal for divers heading to the rock island dive sites. Loved the huge wall of windows showing us the turquoise kingfishers and long tailed white tropic birds."

Resort is tailored to Asian touists with a lack of English instructions on remotes, etc, but staff were super helpful.
