"Egy nagyon kedves és barátságos család üzemelteti a szállodát. Segítenek mindenben, amiben csak tudnak. Nagyon rugalmasak. Mi este 10 órakor érkeztünk és kedvesen garantálták, hogy ebben az időben el tudjuk foglalni a szobánkat. Friss gyümölcsök voltak a reggelihez, azok nagyon ízlettek."
"A reggelinél felszolgált ételek nagyon olajosak voltak, megülik a gyomrot. A fürdőben a WC sajnos egész éjjel csobogott, nem tudtuk megállítani."
"Csodálatos leanderbokorral szegélyezett családias szállás, kilátással a környező hegyekre. A tulajdonos család gondoskodott arról, hogy otthon érezzük magunkat, minden tekintetben. Látták, hogy készültünk pár aprósággal, így a konyhás szobát adták nekünk. A reggeli MESÉS, a helynek és a tulajdonosoknak pedig lelke van, boldog emberek :) felemelő hangulat és adottságok baráti áron. U.I.: Aki Zarosban jár mindenképpen látogasson el a Vegera étterembe! Kréta legjobb étterménél még több is :)"

"The location is great, next to the main street with all the restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy. The view from the balcony's room is beautiful. The staff was very nice. There is an eliavator for the luggage so we didn't have to carry it to the second floor. There is a free parking lot near by."
"In the time we stayed there was a renovation of the pool, so lots of noise all afternoon, which make it impossible to rest. There was also a bit noise at one of the nights, when a group of young adults were talking and laughing outside. The shower is a bit small, with little things missing, like a place to hang the wet towels. The room was a bit tiet too."
"Keramos feels like the owners are welcoming you at their house. It has a cozy atmosphere, with family pictures on the walls and mugs available for tea and coffee anytime. The staff is very welcoming and makes sure you have a pleasant stay. The rooms are simple but enough for a short stay. We recommend!"
