A recepciós hölgy kiváló képpen - prémiumot érdemel a tulajdonostól - és tökéletesen beszél angolul. A szobánk a VILLA részben volt közvetlen a tengerparton, gyönyörű kilátással. "A belvároshoz egészen közel, attól gyalogos távolságra van a szálloda. Ugyanez igaz pl. Rijks és a Van Gogh múzeumokra is. Aki nem akar gyalogolni, annak pár méterre metró és villamosok is rendelkezésre állnak. A személyzet kedves és készséges de nem tolakodó, a szoba tágas és kényelmes volt. Parkolni a közelben levő nyilvános garázsban lehetett, de annak árából a hotel vendégeiként jelentős kedvezményt kaptunk."

Very small rooms, food options r limited and very expensive, exchange rate at reception is very poor, toiletries in room is very limited, not easy to find a taxi, no mini markets/shops around.

Construction/renovations going on (some days loud). There was a huge cockroach in my room. These were both minor inconveniences for me, the rest of the stay was phenomenal.

Prices are very high, but the normal for French Guyana. Kourou is not a city for pedestrians. So, there is no good location - everything is far for a walk. By car, it is really close to the space center.

Surrounded by beautiful gardens and visited regularly by cheeky monkeys."

A lack of written information describing amenities. Mosquitos can be a problem if you normally suffer after being bitten.

"A lovely quiet residential neighbourhood . Lots of birds in the garden . Lovely pool and outdoor seating area. We could walk out of our room to the pool and terrace. Marian looked after us very well ."

Maybe a little far from services but nothing else .

"The staff and managers were very kind and polite. The rooms and lobby is very clean. The WiFi was full free, but sometimes in some pleases signal was weak. The 24 hours drinking coffee , tea, cakes in lobby if very fantastic. U can use them free during 24 hours."

The lobby doesn't have any view to out ( I mean avenue and street ).

"The bed was amazing, i slept well and that was the best part especially being jet lagged. The kids loved the breakfast spread so that was a plus. They really enjoyed their stay, im glad to have booked it and wouls definitely come again and recommend to friends."

"Szép helyen, nyugodt. Reggeli, ebéd és vacsora is elérhető. Rendezett, tiszta. 20 percenként jár a busz az óvárosba."

Igaz októberben jártunk ott, de sok élet nincs a közvetlen közelben. Kb. 15 perc sétára már vannak éttermek.

Az emeleti nagyobb apartman szobánkra már ráférne egy alaposabb felújítás, a földszinti superior szoba viszont nagyon szép állapotban volt. Nem a szállás hibája, de valamelyik előző vendég vagy vendégek a szobai wc-ben dohányoztak és szinte azt lehetetle kiszellőztetni. Egy füstérzékelő a wcbe ajánlott lenne :)

A reggeli lehetne egy kicsit változatosabb. Pár napi tartózkodásra tökéletesen megfelel.

I want to thank the reservation office and reception for plan B and kind heart. You made our 3days in Maseru worthwhile.

The Spa could have been a little bigger, but it’s good the way it is.

The entire facility is well-maintained and clean. It was very quiet and peaceful as well and the location was excellent for walking to all amenities. I would definitely consider staying there again when I return to Providenciales in the future."

There were no food options in terms of restaurants since it is a resort/apartment complex. The pool requires a resurfacing along the bottom as there were some areas in which the surface had worn away. It was quite expensive for a one week stay.

No hot shower, which was inconvenient. Noisy installations that affected comfort (water pump, no well isolated for insects) The check-in process was a bit complicated, but since it's a family-run business, we were understanding.

"Comfortable stay with excellent air conditioning We had a pleasant stay at Rung. One thing that really stood out was the air conditioning — it worked perfectly and stayed consistent, which makes a big difference in the heat. The bed is also big and comfortable, making it easy to rest well."

The bathroom could use an upgrade, as it feels a bit outdated compared to the rest of the room. Aside from that, everything was comfortable and worked well for our stay.
