"Everything. The place is beautiful, super cozy, and very clean. You can really feel the love and attention to detail everywhere. The chill areas are great to relax, and the breakfast was more than decent. Amélie, the owner, is an amazing host – so kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. Her Auberge is truly a dream."

The only small downside was the location being a bit far from the central bus station, but that’s just a personal preference and didn’t affect the overall great experience.

"The hostel was pretty clean. The staff at the reception were friendly, helpful, and patient. They have a lot of knowledge about tourism in Bagan and were always happy to give advice or answer questions. It was also very convenient that they can help you book buses directly at the hostel, and that you can rent e-bikes. Another big plus is the atmosphere. The hostel is social, but not in an overwhelming way. It’s not loud or pushy. There are great opportunities to connect with other travelers if you want, but you can also just sit by the pool and enjoy some quiet time. I think this place is perfect both for people looking for peace and quiet and for those who want to meet others."

There wasn’t much to complain about. The only small improvement I can think of would be adding curtains to the beds, which would give a bit more privacy.

"Great location although currently some construction happening across the road. The double bed attic rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The common areas and pool are also great to use 24 hours."

"It's a cozy hostel with a nice common area, warm shower, enough space everywhere, a small breakfast included, in a nice neighbourhood more relaxed than Old Dhaka, and reasonably close to the metro into the city centre (walkable, or take a rickshaw). It's also close enough to the airport and railway station (by tuktuk or Uber). It has nice restaurants nearby, coffee places and Western fastfood options if you're into that. It is well worth the price of a bed, and probably the only good option in the country if you are a solo traveler/backpacker and you want to meet other travelers. Armin, who manages the Hostel, is a friendly, easy-going guy, and helpful."

The mattresses are a little thin, but to be honest, that was the case in most places in Bangladesh. Don't expect the Hilton when it comes to cleanliness, and you'll be fine.

"A short stroll from the main drag and market, but without the noise.A fully equipped kitchen, a shady garden, plenty of toilets and showers hot aswell, in the dormitory section,all kept clean throughout day, for breakfast i recommend you go to Kumba Lodge, turn left and walk along the beach for 15 minutes, youll see it up on the ridge, dont forget to take sandals as the sand maybe too hot to walk on coming back.Nice secluded back garden.You can walk to Barra, by turning left, walk atound the headland, places yo eat and drink there, anout 8kms one way, take plenty of water."

A mosoda egyszerűen használható. Az esti élőzene a bárban igen színvonalas volt. Minden este hallgattam volna. A közösségi közlekedés kiváló a környéken, a szállástól könnyedén el lehet jutni a környék kiemelkedően látványos pontjaira."

"The hotel was recommended to me by a couple I met travelling and they weren't wrong, Everything was so great about the hotel that I extended my stay by 2 days, The staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was great and different every morning, The manager even gave me a ride to the bus stop to catch the bus for san salvador, It was great value for money, I will definitely stay there again,"

"The owner was very nice and the room was clean (we stayed in the hotel room with the barhroom). The kitchen was well equipped. It’s close to the boat taxi port, from where you can easily get tongue center."

The walls were thin and it was far from the center.

"Közel a metróhoz(250m),metróval 10 perc a központ. Ár-érték arányban a legjobb választás volt. Egy családi hotel,kedves fogadtatás, segítőkészek, végre egy normális zuhanyzó, rögtön van melegviz, működő wifi.A család kutyái is aranyosak!"

"You get your own private (albeit tiny) cabin, clean toilets and the staff was helpful and friendly. Quiet location"

Inside the cabins gets really hot during the day. Not a single spoon in the hole place to eat my soup. To enter the compound there's a very awkward padlock where you have to drop everything on the floor to open the door. Not good if the floor is wet or in the darkness of night

"The atmosphere is very welcoming, homely, laidback. The staff are both locals and volunteers and this mix creates a great atmosphere. The friday braais are great for meeting people and can be a good pre-drinks for going out. Next to that it isn't a massive party hostel, which is a good thing to me. It's social, and many drinks are done in the evening in the common area, but when you go to sleep it has mostly quieted down. People that want to party further go out to the city at that point. There aren't that many other activities, but people organize it through the hostel whatsapp. Sometimes they do a volley session on the beach or volunteers might initiate something like Laura starting her Thursdays morning workout! Also, they are very relaxed in letting us borrow some coolers from the kitchen to go to the beach or a weekend festival even."

I would love it if the volley would become a weekly scheduled thing too. That on Wednesday / Tuesday and the braai on Fridays would be the perfect amount of planned activities combined with spontaneous stuff that's planned through whatsapp.

Clean and comfortable

"MyFarm is not just a place to sleep. It is a vibrant place full of life. You wake up from the sound of beautiful birds in the morning, you can join the MyFarm team for breakfast and talk about their daily life here. All the staff is super nice and accommodating. It's amazing to be inside such a wonderful place that gives out free education to the people who live around here. I ended up helping out in the different educational programs and I loved every moment of it. I thought I just went for a cheap place to stay that was also social, but I got so much more. I will definitely come back as a volunteer to the project."

I honestly have nothing

"I like the kitchen and the dining room so big. Thank you to find my shawl when i left it and thank you to give me the lower bed. U are so nice 😘"

My fault choose the yurt room because I always pee in the night and the toilet in the main house. The location far from the city, if u wanna a quite place and for long stay, its recomended.

"Room was clean, hygienic and fresh. Terrace garden and cafeteria was maintained. Food quality is good but there is scope for improvement."

"Small and very cute guesthouse with a lovely colourful Bahamian vibe, perfectly located within walking distance of the beach, the Fish Fry with great local restaurants, and downtown Nassau. Min and Troy were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help and make the stay comfortable. Everything was clean, well maintained, and the atmosphere felt relaxed and personal. It truly felt like a little home away from home. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Nassau."

"The host was very friendly and helpful and the location was perfect. Hostel was close to the center. It was a pleasure to enjoy peacefulness here. Bed was good to sleep. Nice mountainview from the windows. Internet worked perfectly. Shop and museum is very close like villages other services as well."

"Szauna, elhelyezkedés, személyzet. A szoba elfoglalása előtt be tudtuk rakni a táskáinkat egy szobába, hogy ne kelljen egész nap magunkkal cipelni."

Konyhában nem volt minden elérhető, úgy kellett evőeszközöket szerezni máshonnan. Az ágyneműk nem voltak felhúzva. A szobának kicsit kórház beütése volt. Nagyon vékonyak a falak.

"Zárt, biztonságos udvar a motor elhelyezésére. Egy éjszakára tökéletes volt, közel a komphoz. Modern, szépen berendezett szoba. Egy éjszakára nagyon megfelelt számunkra."

Kicsit zajos a fő útra néző szoba, de elviselhető.
