The room was very clean, spacious, and cozy. The bed was especially comfortable, making it perfect for resting after a long day. The hotel is also quiet and well-organized, which creates a truly relaxing environment."

"The walking access to the hotel is blocked from all side except for one side.. which made the distance from the hotel to the closest metro longer.. there was gates to access the roads from each side of the hotel but they were locked.."

"Great location close to the airport and South Train Station as well as a short drive to central Tashkent. Amazingly warm welcome at the reception. Great food in the restaurant. Most helpful and courteous staff. Uzbek hospitality at its best! Very nice, spacious and clean rooms"

"Large bedroom, extremely clean, with good facilities and a good location (though not in the city center). Excellent breakfast variety."

"The only aspect that could use some improvement is the experience with the staff. However, after visiting the country, I think this may be a general issue. Most of the staff do not speak English, and some do not seem to know how to properly address or deal with customers."
