The canoe tour was great, thnx to him. The manager (Manam) was committed to delivering good service. It really is a very good hotel and beautiful.location."

However we've got two improvements we'd like to suggest: the music at the swimming pool is actually taking away a bit of the beauty and disturbing, rather than adding somenthing to the experience (but the staff will turn it off immediately, if you ask for it). The shower would be nicer if there would be a bit more water."

"The hotel itself is lovely, the room was amazing. Theres an outdoor pool which we didnt use as it was closed for the winter but I imagine is very nice in the summer. The staff are very nice and the manager drove us to the national park for our safari / helped us to book an onward bus which was very kind. They also packed us a breakfast as we had to leave before it opened, which was very generous in size and tasted great."

"We booked this hotel as it looked great and was good value. We were aware that the location of the hotel was outside of the main Chitwan town, however perhaps naively, we thought we could just get a taxi / tuktuk to the main town to book a safari / set off on the safari easily. However we found it difficult to do this, and in the end had to book through the hotel for both the safari and the taxi to / from the town, which was more expensive than we had planned for. Perhaps it would be better to pre-book the safari with a hotel collection or rent a scooter first. Obviously this is not to do with the hotel itself, more of a watch out in case anyone else is in a similar position."
