"One of two hotels recommended during my stay, they have a cafe inside and serve food throughout the day. Rooms are alright with a good amount of space, staff is helpful as it can be."

"I believe small things like adding shampoo and shower gel to the room will make a difference, as well as iron - they can only offer to iron it for you, and then the shirt comes up wet (and ironed)."
