Pozitívum:
"Stan je prostran, udoban i čist. Lijepo izgleda. Jednostavna i brza komunikacija sa vlasnikom. Ima parking, balkon i klimu. Kuhinja je dobro opremljena, ima osnovnih stvari poput kave, šećera i sl. Ima štrik za sušenje veša i sušilo za kosu. Kafići, restorani, pekara, mesnica su blizu kao i sam centar."
Negatívum:
"Krevet/kauc na razvlačenje je neudoban, jastuci su preveliki. Nekih stvari je nedostajalo poput većeg noža za rezanje kruha, krpe za suđe. Internet je slab, veza stalno puca. Bilo bi dobro zamijeniti staro kuhalo za vodu s novim zbog taloga koji se neda oprati i staviti zastor kod tuširanja u kadi. Izolacija je slaba pa se čuje sa gornjeg kata kada netko hoda ili ako nešto padne na pod."

"We recently stayed at Boutique Hotel Neo during our trip to Bosnia, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The hotel exceeded all our expectations — everything was perfect, from the immaculate cleanliness and elegant furniture to the delicious food and rich breakfast. The location is also ideal, very convenient for exploring the city and nearby attractions. However, what truly made our stay unforgettable was the outstanding hospitality of the staff, especially the lovely receptionist Mina. Her kindness, professionalism, and warm attitude made us feel incredibly welcome. She left us with a very special and heartfelt memory of Bosnia that we will always cherish. I highly recommend Boutique Hotel Neo to anyone visiting Bosnia. Thank you for making our stay so memorable and warm. With gratitude, Aisjat"

"Kedves házigazda. Közel a központ, környéken van sok bolt, étterem, a park is nagyon közel van, így kutyával érkezőknek ez nagy előny. Az apartman tiszta, kényelmes, jól felszerelt, parkolási lehetőség az épület udvarán, gyors internet."

"More than welcoming hosts. View that is priceless. Pet friendly and my dig had access for swimming in the river.. :D"

"A little bit organizational structure of storage space and placement of TV forced me to adapt on view angle. Sometimes creepy neighbors peeking through the fence. Wished that we booked for one day extra in front. Leaving was the worst part cause place is so beautiful."
