"It’s was perfect for me. The full experience from booking process, finding the location, meeting with the people responsible for the place. Great kitchen and accommodations. Super confy. Very quite with an amazing view. You can see the stars reflections on the lake. Fish made by Vincent was mmmm. Delicious. What else, Oh!! Learning more about the lake and people living around was an amazing experience. The place was built with love and harmony with the nature around. If you need a place to recharge- I highly recommend this one."

"It’s not in the center BUT I got picked up with the motorbike and brought back to the center the next day. It’s directly to the caves so you can be the first in the cave the next morning after a night in the nature with a beautiful nightsky"

"My son and I spent three weeks traveling around Puerto Rico and this was a wonderful addition to our trip. I love Pitahaya's focus on sustanability and eco traveling, the exclusion of single use water bottles (BRAVO) and attention to composting and recycling. This is something rarely seen on the island and greatly needed. The mattress in the tent was very comfortable and I absolutely loved showing under the stars. A great way to camp if you are unable to bring your personal camp gear or are simply looking for a more comfortable camping experience."

The main light in our tent would only last for a few seconds. We weren't aware that it was motion activated and that made it challenging to play board games and read at night.

"Beautiful views from the tent, very peaceful. Loved the sunset and the sunrise. The tents are very spacious and have everything you need: towels, soap, fridge, kitchen that comes with all the bits and bobs to cook."

Entry road was very bumpy.

"Our stay was amazing! The staff was super nice, they organized a transfer from Lompoul sur Mer to the location, they came with us to the beach and played football together with mbalax, then they came with us to the nearby desert and helped us organize a cab to Dakar airport. The food was also really good. Overall it has been an excellent stay!"

"Beduin glamping at its finest. Clean rooms, good Jordanean breakfast, staff friendly and helpful. The camp has been meticulously prepared and would have been a hive of activity if the current political situation in the surrounding countries mean we were the only guests. Come and support this accommodation venue."

Being a camp, power was generator supplied only from 7pm to midnight. This was the case with other camps we stayed in also. Hard to find as with all camps, call owner for help.

Die Ablage am Kopfende war nicht sauber ( tote Fliegen , Sand) , eine der LED Kerzen funktionierte nicht. Wir hatten uns zum Glück eine Lichterkette mitgebracht. Das sollte bei dem Preis doch schon der Fall sein.

"Saber and Mosbah were great! I really enjoyed my night in the desert due to their hospitality, despite the language barrier since i cant speak french or Arabic, but still i had a perfect stay! I enjoyed the songs and the food and the tea, couldn’t recommend enough!"

The food was also outstanding – fresh, delicious, and beautifully prepared. We honestly cannot understand some of the negative comments regarding the food, as our experience was excellent in every aspect. If you are looking for tranquility, stunning desert scenery, and warm hospitality, this is the perfect place. We would return anytime!"
