Nothing to do with the accomodation but eating out is ridiculously expensive.

"The place was clean, at a nice location, walk to the beach. The staff was also amazing especially Salum the caretaker who was quick to respond. The owner is also amazing. They also offered recommendations on what's good close by."

Location was far from the main tourist centers in Nungwi and stone town. Suggest getting a car if you are there - lucky we had one. Otherwise great stay!

"Nice apartment, nice terrace overlooking the pool and with partial sea view. The ceiling fans were very good and enough to keep the apartmrent cool and we did not need the aircon. The owner had been very friendly and responsive. Just a few meters walk to a long stretch of beach with few people around. Free use of beach chairs and sunshades"

Air conditioning did not work in the living room but was not a problem because we did not need it. The only problem was after we checked out when we received a message from the owner saying that we had forced open a closet and damaged some beach towels. I have explained the owner how things really went and I believe that it was fiundamentally a misunderstanding and the problem was likely caused by the people in charge of the cleaning/maintenance of the apartment or some previous guests, since the owner lives in Europe. To be fair the owner did not ask us to pay anything it was just her complaining about us having done something that we did not do.

"The apartment was spotlessly clean and spacious and it is so nice to have a serviced apartment. The location is very good, the train and buses are a 5 minute walk and you are surrounded by restaurants and a supermarket closeby and it is a very short walk to views over the harbour. I would highly recommend this hotel."

A very minor thing, the cups are so small for having a tea or coffee!

"Egyszerű, de jól felszerelt szállás, kiváló elhelyezkedéssel. Visby belvárosában kb. minden elérhető max. 6-7 percnyi gyaloglással. Az apartman nagyon tágas volt, teljesen felszerelt konyhával. A fűtés nagyon jól működött, a hűvös idő ellenére is könnyen be tudtam fűteni az apartmant. A kulcs átvétele és leadása nagyon egyszerű és gyors volt."

Az utcáról könnyen behallatszott a zaj a szobába. Egyes felszereltségek (pl. konnektorok, szekrények) viszonylag gyengébb minőségűek voltak (de természetesen maximálisan működött minden).

Egy kényelmes sétával elérhető a strand, ahol a hajók a kirándulásokra indulnak. A szoba kényelmes volt és csendes részre nézett. A nappaliban volt egy jól felszerelt konyha hűtővel és közvetlen terasz kapcsolat a kertbe, ahol medence is volt nyugágyakkal. A nappaliból nyílt egy hálószoba és onnan egy fürdőszoba. Az ágy és a párnák kényelmesek voltak."

"Borel is exception in my opinion, i have visited the property two times and enjoyed my stay each time. The location is perfect if you are looking for a place to rest, privacy, good security and comfort. Bonamousadi market is not far from the residence, very easy to get into the city if you want to."

From my experience, alot has improved. The internet speed is far better, reaction time for is very good, and the staffs are true human in their interaction with me. I think they have mastered the act of hospitality. I will visit again in my next trip.

"Nagyon kedves a szállásadó, welcome drinkkel fogadott :) Sok hasznos infót adott a környéken lévő túralehetőségekről, boltokról, éttermekről. Az apartman teraszáról csodás volt a kilátás, a patak csobogását hallgattuk esténként és a tücskök ciripelését. A konyha kicsi, de minden volt benne, amire szükség lehet. A ágyak nagyon kényelmesek voltak. Az apartman minden jóval fel van szerelve."

Lehetne több a parkoló, de ez nem az apartman hibája. Nekem nincs benne hiba.

A bit off the beaten path - we were aware of it and it didn't bother us, but be prepared for 1 km or so of dirt road until you get there.

"We stayed in the apartment A402, I believe their are a number of units rented in the complex. We had underground parking a few steps from the lift. The apartment is spacious with a great terrace with great views, including Mont Blanc in the distance. It was very well kitted out and very comfortable. I felt it was good value for the price we paid."

The beds and bed linen are ok (clean) but could do with an upgrade. The bathroom could also do with an upgrade, remove the bath and put in a shower, and upgrade the lighting, but that is just my opinion. The WiFi is a bit hit and miss, it is been connected through a Netgear Router from the apartment directly above.

"Large very well appointed apartment in Block Altmore A. Bedroom looking, which was lovely looking out onto Table Mountain and living room to the canal and city. Felt very secure and a short walk to the Waterfront and V&A. Everything you needed in the kitchen and both washing machines and tumble dryer which we didn’t use but good to have. Good balcony to the front with table and chairs, balcony off the bedroom balcony overlooking Road and mountain. Daily cleaning (our gin disappeared 🤣). Very strongly advised that any noise after 10.00 would result in a fine. We are in our mid 60’s and don’t want to party but do like to listen to music which we felt we shouldn’t. Loud continual drilling started before 9.00am which I know won’t go on forever but you certainly don’t need an alarm and took away from the otherwise peaceful atmosphere. Also this apartment had a very safe secure parking space included which we needed. Great place to stay"
