A szállodának otthont adó régi, de gyönyörűen helyreállított, történelmi, nemesi kúriát számos eredeti építészeti elem jellemzi. A Hotel Urcu összesen 12 szobával rendelkezik. Valamennyi lakrészt egyszerű, hagyományos török berendezés jellemzi. Egyes tágas szobák a kertre nyújtanak szép kilátást. A szálláshely vendégeinek kikapcsolódásáról kellemes kert és fűtött medence gondoskodik. A vendégek a naponta felszolgált, kontinentális reggelit a szőlőindák és a fügefák árnyékában megbújó étteremben fogyaszthatják el. A pihenőhely rendkívül jó elhelyezkedésnek örvend. Kaleici történelmi nevezetességei, valamint az idegenforgalmi központ üzletei, éttermei és bárjai könnyen megközelíthetők. A Konyaaltı strand 20 perces villamosútra található.

"Az elhelyezkedés fantasztikus volt!! Óváros közepén ,de mégis egy nyugodt utcában van a Hotel. A személyzet csodálatos ,és mindig segitőkész. Egy gyönyörű nő ,hatalmas szívvel,aki mindig a rendelkezésedre áll!! :D Köszönjük!! Egy igazi vendéglátó,aki mindig mosolygós. Öröm volt vele a 3 nap ott tartozkodás. :))) A szoba,fürdő nagyon tiszta és tágas. Naponta takarités,és törölköző csere. Kényelmes ágy,és kilátás a városra. Imádtuk a 25 ös szobát!!! :)))) Nagy külső medence ami szép tiszta. Jó reggelivel kínál a Hotel amit a medence partján fogyasztasz el.. Mindenkinek ajánlom az URCU Hotel ha egy nyugodt helyre vágysz. Én csak ide megyek vissza ja Antalyaba járok!!!"

But we were not charged for the few times we had breakfast there, and they gave us complementary water - so this is no complaint! "The size of the room was good, everything was spotlessly clean, the bed was comfortable, aircon worked well and there was a balcony to the back side. With the windows and doors closed, it wasn't too loud, however I use to wear earplugs anyway when staying in hotels. The breakfast buffet was nothing special, but sufficient. There are countless small shops, eateries and a supermarket right around the hotel and it's only a few minutes walk to the beach promenade. The value for the money was really good and I ended up staying four days instead of the one planned, because the town and the surroundings were so pleasantly nice and laid back."

"It was a very nice stay. The hotel is located at the very seaside. The beach is clean and has a lot of space. The owner and the guys at reception are very friendly and helping. The pool is big, nice, and clean, and can substitute the sea during the windy days. There was an everyday cleaning with 2 times a week towels change. The location of the hotel is perfect, not in the very noisy area but close to any attraction/facility. The prices at the bar/restaurant are similar to the prices of others."
