"The add says there are toiletries, but they didn't even leave hand soap, so we couldn't wash our hands when we arrived. When you travel by plane and stay just for a couple of nights, you expect to have essentials like soap, shampoo, shower gel, and even some coffee or tea. Also, there is no place to hang towels and swim suits to dry. Actually there is a sort of a hanger in the bathroom, above the toilet seat, but not very convenient, and no draft at all, so it doesn't actually dry."

"Porta di ingresso e finestra sono sulla strada e quindi è difficile garantire una areazione adeguata all'appartamento. E' l'unico limite ma lo è di tutte le case al piano strada di borghi storici con vicoli stretti."

"I hate how noisy the fridge is at night.. I could hear it even with my earplugs on. I also disliked that the place is on ground floor and the door felt pretty weak, I felt insecure sleeping sometimes.. The door does not isolate the sound as well as it should, so I would hear every conversations people would have outside. In addition, there was no shampoo and no shower gel"

"Staff muito prestável e acolhedor, boa localização no centro. Só ficámos uma noite por isso não usamos todas as comodidades mas o estúdio está bem equipado e tem tudo para cozinhar e lavar roupa. Ar condicionado e WiFi a funcionarem bem."
