"The apartment is cosy, clean, and has all amenities anyone would need. I was pleasantly surprised to find tea and coffee. The place is also near the Kigali International Convention Centre and one can opt to walk if not in a hurry and weather permitting. Maureen is a great host and was always at hand to assist.
