"Great Breakfast. Room quite small but adequate. .Nice view of gardens . Easy access by tram and bus. Helpful reception staff, except on arrival when I perceived we were ignored for several minutes. Two ladies speaking to each other and not acknowledged for several minutes. I would have been happy with a Hello Do you mind waiting a minute while we finish this? Chambermaids were efficient."
