"Clean and the staff are so friendly… the price is good and safe"

"This is a hotel and yet not a hotel, the staff are exceptional. It's cheap but very comfortable. This is the second time I have stayed here... The last time..a typhoon hit and they were happy to extend my stay.. this trip.. I have to admit.. I was thinking of upgrading to a more extensive hotel.. But I didn't.. because well.. they are good people and I would rather give my money to good people than spend more money on what at the end of the day is just a bed... And it's a comfortable bed... It's not 5 star.. it's better than an Australian country pub stay and.. it's now become my home away from home in Tacloban ❤️"

"Die Lage ist super. Nah zum Zentrum und die Jeepneys fahren vor der Tür oder in der Parallelstraße. Sehr nettes Personal und vorne am Hotel eine kleine Wäscherei, die einem die Wäsche in 3 Stunden fertig macht. Mac Donalds für preiswertes Frühstück in Gehweite. Zimmer mit Klimaanlage und warm Wasser."

"Bidet and the faucet in the wash area are not working. Password for the wifi was not provided during check in. Personnel is not always available in the counter area. You need to call for them using a doorbell. Except for the towel, basic toiletries ( toilet paper, bath soap and shampoo) are not provided. It could have been better if the lack of these supplies are stated in the info for the room, so that the guest can prepare them in advance. It could also have been better if the description for the property includes the information for a curfew (i.e. the guests cannot come and go at will, since the gate will be closed at certain times of day/night). Beddings provided are somewhat itchy...i wonder if they have been washed🤔"

"Accomodating and friendly staffs. They even gave us extra pillows. Location is accessible to other areas. Easy check in and out. You can also do laundry and swim in their pool. The room is clean and big for couple."

"We really enjoyed the quiet vibe and exclusivity of the place. Walking around the area was relaxing, and the peaceful atmosphere made it even more enjoyable. There are several coffee shops within Crosswinds, and its never crowded. The unit also had Netflix, and the Wi-Fi connection was strong throughout our stay :)"
