"Big value for money. Staff very nice. Very comfortable. The room has a kitchenette and a washing machine. Dental kit. Very good breakfast too."

"Having a safe deposit box would be nice. Access to YouTube would be nice too. But the room rate is quite cheap so one should not expect too much I guess."

"Very comfortable hotel for a stay if visiting Ulaanbaatar. Spacious and comfortable room. Quiet and peaceful stay. Rooms complete with fridge/freezer and also a washing machine. Very friendly and helpful staff - who helped me organise a taxi for an airport transfer. Good location - only a short walk from the centre of Ulaanbaatar. Plenty of nearby shops and restaurants. Excellent value for money."

"My room is facing frozen river with open city view which is very romantic and chill. Staff of hotel is all very helpful. Breakfast is simple, Korean type and with hot soap, steaming dumpling and simple tea and coffee which is all I need for the day before heading out to minus 22 degree."

"Lots of free space, the room is like an apartment equipped with everything and with a nice view. Air conditioning, warm temperature in the room, spacious bathroom. Airport shuttle was an excellent service. The receptionists were very friendly and happy to help; they are also English-speaking. The spa service is also nice"

"Korean-oriented hotel with little bit tired rooms equipped pretty much well for living and cooking. Good location"

"The staff were all lovely, my phone had broken and we went the day before just to check that's where id booked. So helpful. Any hoo was really well surprised in a good way, the room had a minibar, tv ,nice big shower charging points etc but the price was fab, 52 dollars for the 2 of us . well chuffed. The only downsize was it was further away from the bus station , but obviously that's not their fault. Felt very comfortable there and found the staff were friendly and helpful. Also they can change small amounts of dollars to mat with a good rate. If i was going to Mongolia again i would defo stay here."
