Nothing: We actually didn’t book the transfers cause we had another vehicle organised however that fell through. But mama let us go first to the lodge and she’d wait at the airport. Lucky she got a ride back home from the family at airport. She has an immense amount of responsibility and knowledge of the island. As a local to Rarotonga people like her are very rare to be around. "Beautiful place. We stayed with family in three different rooms. Beautiful views, spacious and clean rooms. The ladies that clean the hotel were very nice. We got there early, left our things in a locker and went to flamenco beach and returned to access our rooms by a door code. The room was amazing with a small kitchen with kitchen utensils, towels and beach towels. The rooms had great air conditioner and there was a constant breeze outside that we could enjoy the balcony as well. I think the room Was even more spacious than the website pictures. ☺️"

"ВСЕ!!! 10 дней, которые мы были в отеле, были окружены заботой, теплом, вниманием и помощью персонала по всем вопросам (включая практически невозможный обмен авиабилетов из Янгона в Бангкок не выходя из отеля) Пляж - просто прекрасен. Да, на нем нет удобств (кроме лежаков около отеля), но и отдыхающих, в общем-то, тоже нет. И 1,5 км пустынного пляжа в твоем полном распоряжении каждый день - что может быть лучше... Еда в ресторане не блещет разнообразием, но ОЧЕНЬ достойная. Морепродукты, естественно, свежайшие, каждый день! Отдельные слова благодарности хозяйке! За почти 30 лет путешествий по миру было очень немного мест, где хозяин лично встречает и провожает гостей, и каждый день интересуется настроением и возможными вопросами к проживанию. Если будет возможность - непременно стоит сюда приехать!!!"

"Everything was exceptional - the hospitality, the service, the setting, the food, the environment. The service was some of the best I have ever experienced. The safari guides were exceptionally knowledgeable - we learned a great deal and thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of every game drive. The food was 10/10 - I am gluten free and they prepared a separate menu for me every meal time. Cannot recommend this place highly enough!"

"This is a beautiful and well run place to stay. I was made welcome as soon as I arrived. Room was very nice and such good value for money. Peaceful place even with it being next to the lake where there was much singing and dancing and fireworks for the water festival (Bon Om Touk). Green and lush surroundings. I ordered my chicken fried rice when I arrived for 4 hours later. 4 hours later I was eating chicken fried rice."

Would have been nice if pool had been heated - a bit cool in the late afternoon for a swim. Recognize this would differ seasonally.
