"The house is preety big and suits perfect for a big group/family. Free parking in front of the house. Hot water was no issue, big like here. Rooms were clean and we had heating devices to keep up the temperature. The owner have an employee living in a another room in this house, separately. She will cook the breakfast for you."
"If you want to cook something, the kitchen tools are preety old. We had breakfast option and was not big deal, so don't have big expectations."

He offered us a local meal cooked by his mother in the evening, an excellent memory of this moment of sharing. The house is clean, big and located outside the city so it's very quiet.
