The location was good but slightly far from Taipei Main station. Even snacks were kept for the guests which were not seen in any other hotel. Overall we had a pleasant stay."

House keeping could be better. In 6 days stay we got only one cleaning, so we lived with full bins of trash, ashtrays etc all the time. The bbq zone was pretty much occupied with the events, wich ruined our plans to grill the time we wanted.

"We wanted to try the glass igloos. Great experience because you can see the lake, even if it's covered in snow. There's a Zoo and Activity Park nearby, so we had plenty to do both days."

The main disadvantage of this accommodation is that you do not have a bathroom, only the toilet is shared, where there is a sink. The organic toilet in the igloo, I did not understand how an adult is supposed to fit in there. The breakfast has a very basic menu. I was also sorry that before ten o'clock they really warned us in the restaurant that it closes at ten, although of course I understand that.

"The hotel was stunning! Set in the jungle and in beautiful wooden cabins, it feels like low-key luxury. The restaurant was lovely, it’s quite popular on the island but the staff make sure hotel guests get good tables and are catered for. It’s very very quiet, so if you are looking for relaxation it’s perfect. The grounds are beautifully curated, it feels like you are staying in a botanical garden. The general manager was a gem, he sorted out a small issue with our room very quickly and was so hospitable for the rest of our stay, he couldn’t do enough to help. Can’t wait to go back one day!"

Some people would take issue not having AC, but it’s definitely cool enough and there is no reason to have them.

"Három csillagos a szállás, azt a minősítést nagyon tudja. A szálloda környezet csodálatos. A mi szobánk erkélye a várra nézett :) Kicsi, de tiszta szoba. A szálláshoz feljutás kalandos, parkolás csak motorral oldható meg . Korrekt és barátságos személyzet, finom reggeli.. Csak ajánlani tudom :)"
