"Zadar óvárosi részén, központi helyen, tengerparton fekvő liftes házban, két nagy, erkélyes, (egyik: óvárosra, másik: tengerpartra néz) napsütéses, klímás apartman. 2 hálószobás, nagyon jól felszerelt amerikai konyhás, ízlésesen berendezett nappali, külön jól berendezett fürdőszoba, külön helyiségben WC. Nagyon tiszta, kellemes apartman. Nagyon kényelmes francia ágy, szép ágynemű, plédek, hófehér törölközők. Felejthetetlen élmény a reggeli és esti órákban a hatalmas erkélyen, kényelmes székekben üldögélve gyönyörködni a tengerben, a napfelkeltében és a csodálatos naplementében. Denis, a házigazda készséggel segített a repülőtéri transzferek taxival történő lebonyolításában is. Szuper apartman! Imádtuk! 💓"

"This was such an amazing apartment and well worth every penny we paid! The host was communicative, sending detailed instuctions for check in. The view from the balcony was spectacular, we had some much fun watching the sea and the boats go by! Also had a seconds balcony as well at the back! The apartment was so well stocked, had everything we could possibly need. The rooms were so spacious, the bed in the master room was comfortable, cant comment on the other bed as we didnt use it, and it had extra blankets etc. In the cupboards. It had a full sized fridge freezer which was lovely as we were staying for 6 nights! It has a comfortable recliner sofa, lots of storage space for clothes in the bedroom and plenty of hangers! 2 sets of keys to the apartment which is always handy and a lift up to the apartment! We would absolutely book again."

"We loved everything but there are a couple of small improvements to be made, but they wouldn't stop me booking again! Overall the cleanliness was amazing, but just forgetting to clean under the sofa where the leg bit reclines! But dirty under there! The balcony chairs also need replacing. They have been previously breaking and put together with zip ties. The TV is so old as well it wouldn't even allow us to hook our phone up to it through HDMI (not a massive issue but would have enjoyed a film in 6 nights!) And having a washing machine would have topped it off!! But would absolutely book again 😊😊"

"This gorgeous apartment overlooks the sea and has outstanding views. Rooms are generously proportioned, master bedroom is huge with a huge bed too, the whole place is light and airy. Both beds are comfortable and shutters will eliminate all light if you want that. Kitchen is very well equipped with loads of extras, e.g. condiments, oils, coffee etc and includes a table for four plus two bar stools at a counter. Comfortable lounge is adjacent to the balcony facing the sea and has a large sliding patio door bringing the outside in; there's a tv & stereo too. Separate shower room & toilet is a nice touch and very convenient. Double glazing all round shuts out any noise at night. It wouldn't be a stretch to call this property a penthouse rather than an apartment."

"It was a dilemma having to choose whether to go out and explore the old town - literally right behind the apartment - or just stay in to enjoy the ambience and the views."

"A lovely apartment in a wonderful location with amazing sea views and very easy access to all the bars, restaurants and shops in the old town. Denis was an excellent host too. Overall it was the perfect place to stay when visiting Zadar, we’ll definitely be back."

"The apartment was very spacious, bright, comfortable and clean, and had very efficient air conditioning. We loved having the option of 2 balconies, although the views from the back were no match for the fabulous sea views from the front. Some reviewers mentioned noise, but it wasn't really an issue for us....we stayed for 4 nights, from Friday to Tuesday and the only noise we heard was on the Friday, but not enough to keep us awake. We would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment to others, and would love to return ourselves."
