A hotel komplexum óriási területen helyezkedik el, több kis 2 emeletes épületben/bungallóban találhatóak a szobák/bungallók, az épületek között gyönyörűen karbantartott kert növényekkel, kis tóval. A szoba modern, viszonylag tágas, a minibárt úgy töltik - all inclusive ellátáson belül ingyenes. Több medence található a szálloda területén, van csak felnőttek számára használható medence is, 2 étterem, több bár. Az all inclusive keretein belül minőségi italokat is lehet fogyasztani - ami az üditőket illeti, rendes üveges colat, fantat, sprite-ot kapsz pl., az alkoholos üditőket illetően is vannak ,,nevesebb,, alkoholok. A délutáni snackeket rendes étlapról választhatod ki, hogy mit szeretnél enni - rendes főételek is vannak. A főétkezések változatosak, bőségesek."

Egyetlen negativum, hogy nincs a közelben rendes tengerpart (tenger a hotel előtt, csak part nincsen) - bár a képek alapján úgy tűnik. Talán még annyi, hogy a medence bárnál nagyon lassú a kiszolgálás - plusz személyzet kellene talán.

Some of the dinner service staff were not particularly professional - demure, inattentive, lacking humour.. Not what you'd expect for such a high class establishment.

"Traditional hotel with very relaxed atmosphere. Family owned and staff who were absolutely lovely. Funny, friendly and helpful. Quite quirky with a definite African ambience. Not trying to be too perfect!! Close to the beach in a quiet area. Super pool with stress free feeling as quite shallow and never busy. Surrounded by beautiful gardens and visited regularly by cheeky monkeys."

A lack of written information describing amenities. Mosquitos can be a problem if you normally suffer after being bitten.

There was nothing at all to fislike

The bathroom could use an upgrade, as it feels a bit outdated compared to the rest of the room. Aside from that, everything was comfortable and worked well for our stay.

"The room and around fit to the explanation and pictures. Breakfast was basic and tasty. We came in October when season is over. The owner cook a dinner for us. It was quite expensive (30 euro par person taking a fish, 15 - with no fish), but tasty. Wine was exceptional. It was better then drive in the dark to the restaurant and back (the road is not easy even during the daylight). Adrian made the welcome. Very nice guy with good English. The owner, Vasko (sorry if a spell the name wrongly) is very nice guy. Able to speak Russian. Show us the winery. The wine is exceptional. Very quite place. The views are stunning."

The only one thing was not OK - in one of the rooms (we took 2) water in the shower drains poorly - floor was full of water.

The AC and the Fridge in our room were not working but immediately we reported, they were fixed.

"The room was spacious, clean and had a huge comfortable bed. The room also had amazing views of the sea, and islet de Gosier as well a cool terrace. Coffee facilities and air conditioning in the room. I loved the open air lounge/dining area too - very unique - the art exhibition added glamour! Then the private beach and pool was also a treat."

The beach area tables and lounges needs to be cleaned more regularly.

No hot shower, which was inconvenient. Noisy installations that affected comfort (water pump, no well isolated for insects) The check-in process was a bit complicated, but since it's a family-run business, we were understanding.

this could be improved: -the beach has a lot of potential, buiding a nice peer with stairs for a sea swim would make it much better -there isnt enough shade in the garden and the sun is punishing -the trees on the beach have fruits that hurt when falling, as part of garden maintenance they should be shuffled to drop the fruits upfront -the restaurant options both for breakfast, meals and snacks, leaves out a lot of the good things of Sao Tome. Look at your competitor Riu, for instance, they always have a section with local treats

"A belvároshoz egészen közel, attól gyalogos távolságra van a szálloda. Ugyanez igaz pl. Rijks és a Van Gogh múzeumokra is. Aki nem akar gyalogolni, annak pár méterre metró és villamosok is rendelkezésre állnak. A személyzet kedves és készséges de nem tolakodó, a szoba tágas és kényelmes volt. Parkolni a közelben levő nyilvános garázsban lehetett, de annak árából a hotel vendégeiként jelentős kedvezményt kaptunk."

"The team were very friendly and a great support with questions we had. We were met at the airport terminal and driven to the hotel using the free shuttle service. The room was really spacious and clean and breakfast was a great selection. "A reggeli egyszerűen fantasztikus volt. Óriási választék. Az kicsit vicces volt, hogy az állványon kitett Serano sonkát a személyzet nem tudta gusztusosan vékonyra szeletelni..."

Rettentrő nehézkesen ment a kommunikáció a recepcióval. Nagyon későn készültek el a szobák, össze-vissza tartották nyilván melyik az a három szoba, ami a mi esetünkben összetartozott. Amíg délután háromkor még a szobánkkal foglalkoztak egy alagsori wc-t ajánlották az átöltözéshez... Ami még furcsa volt, hogy a tényleg fantasztikus medence tér este 7-kor bezárt. Amikor az ember visszatért egy izzasztó Atlasz-hegyi kirándulásról igazán jól esett volna egyet csobbanni. Nyáron, 35 fok melegben, ragyogó napsütésben érthetetlen miért nincs fürdési lehetőség. Valószínűleg nincs elég személyzet.
