"Finom reggeli, tágas szoba, nagyon jó környék (biztonságos, nyugodt, városközpont és a vár 15p sétával elérhető), saját parkoló, kedves és maximálisan segítőkész személyzet. Glutén mentes kenyért és laktózmentes joghurtot stb. is biztosítanak, ha foglalás során jelzésre kerül."

Az emeleti nagyobb apartman szobánkra már ráférne egy alaposabb felújítás, a földszinti superior szoba viszont nagyon szép állapotban volt. Nem a szállás hibája, de valamelyik előző vendég vagy vendégek a szobai wc-ben dohányoztak és szinte azt lehetetle kiszellőztetni. Egy füstérzékelő a wcbe ajánlott lenne :)

The weakest part of the hotel is the restaurant catering for breakfasts and all meals: the place that looks like a canteen, is not welcoming. The prices for food are for too expensive. The food is good quality. Spiritless Hotel as it feels very empty.

Igaz októberben jártunk ott, de sok élet nincs a közvetlen közelben. Kb. 15 perc sétára már vannak éttermek.

Construction/renovations going on (some days loud). There was a huge cockroach in my room. These were both minor inconveniences for me, the rest of the stay was phenomenal.

A pincérek barátságosak, segítőkészek voltak, pótolták a fogyóban lévő ételeket. A mélygarázsban tudtunk parkolni, biztonságban érezhettük az autót. A szálloda közel van a látványosságokhoz."

There was nothing at all to fislike

"A hotel Riga "külvárosában" található, ami tömegközlekedéssel jól megközelíthető. 4 éjszakát tartózkodtunk a szálláson, első este ott vacsoráztunk (étlapról lehet rendelni). Kaptunk egy 10%-os kedvezményre jogosító kupont, ugyanakkor a munkatársaimmal külön fizettünk, ezért csak egy vacsora árában érvényesítették a kedvezményt. Ezt nem nagyon értettük. A személyzet mindvégig nagyon kedves és segítőkész volt (így segített abban is, hogy hogyan tudunk szombaton hajnalban a legolcsóbban taxit rendelni a repülőtérre - a bolt alkalmazást töltöttem le, és azon keresztül rendeltem). A reggeli svédasztalos, bőséges."

Kaptunk egy 10%-os kedvezményre jogosító kupont, ugyanakkor a munkatársaimmal külön fizettünk, ezért csak egy vacsora árában érvényesítették a kedvezményt. Ezt nem nagyon értettük. A zuhanyzóban csak lefolyó van, de nincs pereme, így zuhanyzás közben a víz ellepi a helyiség kb. felét.

"Központtól kb. 15 perc gyalogtáv, nagy parkoló. A szobaár norvég szinten kifejezetten olcsónak nevezhető. Kényelmes ágy, nyugodt alvás, zajongás nem volt. A reggeli kiváló, nagy választékkal (amit megettünk, ha vmi étterem-félében fogyasztottuk volna el, közel a szállásdíjat fizettük volna)."

"Minden tökéletes volt. Az ellátás bőséges, a szoba tisztasága kiváló, minden nap kétszer takarítottak, szúnyogot irtottak, naponta cserélték a törölközőket és napi két palack vizet hoztak. A pincéreknél mindenkivel meg voltunk elégedve, de szeretném külön kiemelni Alfat aki még álomszerűbbé tette az ott tartózkodásunkat. Mindenképp visszatérünk még."

Kicsit jobbra számítottunk, ami magát a szobát illeti. A fürdő (ami a wc-vel egyben volt) ajtaján nem volt zár, így magától kinyílt, akasztó a törölközőknek szintén nem volt sehol. Megérkezéskor 400 € depositot kértek el (előre kifizetett foglalásunk volt) ,amivel semmi baj nincsen, ha ez bárhol fel lett volna tűntetve a foglalás során.

"+ Very friendly and helpful staff! Always smiling and polite. Breakfast is great value. Location is perfect for me. I very much enjoyed the swimming pool and there's a small gym too. I have stayed there 3 x."

Some of the bathrooms should be renovated, one leaked water even to the mainroom, which was dangerous. Even others have humidity damages and small cockroaches. I was twice bitten by insects during the night, probably bedbugs or ants, and had to ask the staff to spray my room again. Some of the sheets are obviously not pure cotton and itchy.
