"The room was spacious, clean and had a huge comfortable bed. The room also had amazing views of the sea, and islet de Gosier as well a cool terrace. Coffee facilities and air conditioning in the room. I loved the open air lounge/dining area too - very unique - the art exhibition added glamour! Then the private beach and pool was also a treat."

The beach area tables and lounges needs to be cleaned more regularly.

Az emeleti nagyobb apartman szobánkra már ráférne egy alaposabb felújítás, a földszinti superior szoba viszont nagyon szép állapotban volt. Nem a szállás hibája, de valamelyik előző vendég vagy vendégek a szobai wc-ben dohányoztak és szinte azt lehetetle kiszellőztetni. Egy füstérzékelő a wcbe ajánlott lenne :)

"Excellent location. ALL the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Near to the American Memorial Park and if you want to book a tour of Saipan, I can recommend Walt at Discover Saipan. He gave me a superb tour of Saipan and Tinian and can collect from the hotel. Delicious dinner in the Terrace restaurant. Several pools and one of them is large enough to swim lengths and is open till late. I wish I could have stayed a bit longer!"

Construction/renovations going on (some days loud). There was a huge cockroach in my room. These were both minor inconveniences for me, the rest of the stay was phenomenal.

The hotel has a serious issue with plumbing. Didn't get hot water for quite a long time in teh shower and had to wait long, while the hot water was yelowish.

"I had a great stay at Tulip Hotel. Room 105 was cozy, clean, spacious, and bright. The bed was large and very comfortable, the room was very clean and nice , and everything felt well maintained. I also really liked the stylish and cozy bar area. The interior design is beautiful and thoughtfully done. You can clearly see the creative ideas behind the concept, all focused on making guests feel comfortable. The team work of the staff is impressive. Service is smooth and professional. The food is delicious, breakfasts and lunch were excellent. The spa area is another highlight, especially the hammam and the pool with refreshing ice cold water.Wonderful! Overall, a very comfortable and welcoming hotel that fully deserves a high rating. I would definitely stay here again."

The only downside is the soundproofing. You can hear what is happening in the hallway, especially when guests check in or out or use the shower nearby. The room 105 could benefit from better noise insulation.

The pillow is square, large and uncomfortable. I got a pain in the neck because of it. The coffee in the breakfast buffet was so bad it was undrinkable.

A reggeli bőséges (nekem az automata kávé sajnos nem ízlett, de ez személyes vélemény, a minősége más hasonló szállásokhoz viszonyítva így is jó volt) A személyzet csodálatos. A recepciós hölgy kiváló képpen - prémiumot érdemel a tulajdonostól - és tökéletesen beszél angolul. A szobánk a VILLA részben volt közvetlen a tengerparton, gyönyörű kilátással. "A hotel Riga "külvárosában" található, ami tömegközlekedéssel jól megközelíthető. 4 éjszakát tartózkodtunk a szálláson, első este ott vacsoráztunk (étlapról lehet rendelni). Kaptunk egy 10%-os kedvezményre jogosító kupont, ugyanakkor a munkatársaimmal külön fizettünk, ezért csak egy vacsora árában érvényesítették a kedvezményt. Ezt nem nagyon értettük. A személyzet mindvégig nagyon kedves és segítőkész volt (így segített abban is, hogy hogyan tudunk szombaton hajnalban a legolcsóbban taxit rendelni a repülőtérre - a bolt alkalmazást töltöttem le, és azon keresztül rendeltem). A reggeli svédasztalos, bőséges."

Kaptunk egy 10%-os kedvezményre jogosító kupont, ugyanakkor a munkatársaimmal külön fizettünk, ezért csak egy vacsora árában érvényesítették a kedvezményt. Ezt nem nagyon értettük. A zuhanyzóban csak lefolyó van, de nincs pereme, így zuhanyzás közben a víz ellepi a helyiség kb. felét.

The quality of toileters should be better. The mini bar was empty and needed to ask for water at around 3:00 AM. Lastly, the price is a bit high.
