"A place that has an old fashioned look with plenty of decorative wooden features. Bedrooms good. Kitchen OK. Bathroom good. Plenty of hot water. Very convenient location."

"Egyszerű, de a célnak megfelelő szállás. Nagy előnye, hogy néhány lépcsőfok és már ott vagy a sípályán. A szoba egyszerű, tiszta, amolyan turistaszálló. A személyzet nagyon kedves, készséges. A kaják finomak."

My room was very cold. Even though the landlady turned on the heater earlier than she said she would, it still didn't help much.

"A reggeli tökéletes volt számunkra: felvágott, sajt, vaj, lekvár, joghurt. A péksütemény különösen friss és finom volt. Természetesen kávé és tea, valamilyen juice-ok is voltak."

Talán egy kis szeletelt zölség lehetett volna még (pl. paradicsom, paprika, uborka), de lehet hogy ez itt nem szokásos. :)

Locating the Da Terra at night is not straightforward. It is surrounded by several houses and some distance off the road.

"Doba and his family were exceptionally welcoming, outgoing, and fun. We spent three nights at chez doba, and went on two hikes each day, to different waterfalls, viewpoints, and villages. In the evening we played football with the children and drank beer and tea with the locals. Special shoutout to Amadou, our guide for our stay - a great guy! Highly highly highly recommend Campement Chez Doba to anyone visiting Senegal, its been the highlight of our trip. We also booked onto an extra trip with Doba to tour a nearby bedik village, which was very picturesque! Doba Tours also offers other tours around Senegal, including Dakar and Niocolo Koba National Park, which we didnt use, but heard good things from other guests. The food was good and the bedrooms were clean and comfortable!"

"I stayed here after I had done a 12 day tour trough Mongolia. I just needed a room and shower for myself, since I didn’t have that for over a month (I was traveling elsewhere before the 12 day tour). I stayed 2 nights and the bed was super comfortable! The whole place is nice and clean and very close to a market where they sell everything for very cheap. It’s also an easy 20 minute walk from the central square. The lady was very nice and let me stay a bit longer on the day I had to check out, which was really helpful for me. Thanks again!"
