"Very nice and quiet place to relax with the family. A few animals wondering around, lots of space, no wifi or tv wich gives the opportunity to connect with people and nature"

A bit difficult to get around without a car. Plenty of mosquitoes

The food quality should be improved a lot, both at breakfast and in the restaurant. The swimming pool board is made of wood, which gets very slippery: both me and my child fell and got hurt

A 4 éjszakás tartózkodásunk alatt 2X volt rendezvény. Az egyik egy esküvő volt de nem volt zavaróan hangos viszont a másik egy születésnap ahol hangosabbak voltak és éjfél előtt tűzijátékoztak a szállás területén ami rettentő hangos volt. Ezt egy gyermek barát szálláson semmiképpen sem engedném meg.

The pool no to clean

"Spacious, lovely outlook, lovely pool, quiet location"

Minor point, but bare of any condiments in kitchen which would be useful for short stay eg salt, washing up liquid/sponge

"Chalet was cozy, warm, nice. Exceptional for couples. Wood gave a warm atmosphere. Fantastic details using wood."

I requested additional decoration, but it was very basic.

Room decor could do with an update

"The place was amazing. It was my first time booking a place like this and I didn't expect much. The rooms were clean, the bathrooms were great. I rented bedsheets and they were also clean. Wifi worked properly in all the rooms and TV had lots of channels. there was kitchen stuff that I could use and everything worked perfectly"

"It's a very nice place to experience. However the base is old and not recently renovated. You must keep this in mind. If you like camping atmosphere, that s is your place. Everything is surrounded by big trees. Food was amazing. Beach is very close,"

"Graskop szívében található a szállás, sétatávolságban vannak a boltok és az éttermek. Saját parkoló van a bungallóhoz. Maga a bungalló tágas, kényelmesen el lehet benne férni, minden van benne, ami egy pár napos tartózkodáshoz kellene. Extra tip: ha szeretsz sötétben aludni, hozz szemtakarót. Van függöny ugyan, de az nem sötétít."

Wifi csak a medence környékén működött. A medence koszosnak hatott, hiába volt napsütéses idő, emiatt senki sem szívesen ment be a medencébe. A konyhában lehetne éles kés az evőeszközös között és rendes mosogatószivacs is.

"The view from the pool is absolutely stunning! It's in a great location - about 10 minutes walk from the port and the centre of town where you can find the tuk tuks. The staff were very welcoming throughout our stay and breakfast was really good! The staff were also very helpful - when they couldn't serve an early breakfast, they told us where we could go instead. They were also able to provide information for our next destination. AMEX is accepted. We'll be returning!"

Some things weren't communicated well in the beginning - like having to order breakfast the day before. They were not able to serve an early breakfast to fit with our activities for the day. The wifi doesn't work from the bedroom.

"A very silient and calm place. Claudio provides relyable and very helpful tips and helps in organizing trips that are not overrated. The staff ( Lizi) is very friendly and prepares perfect menues (breakfast and dinner)"

No ventilation in the accomodation.

"It really has everything. Lakeside views, water activities, own kitchen and great staff. Abu himself is the coolest little dude."

"The resort was perfect for the price, had everything you could need."

The walk to to the beach is not bad it is right across the street however it is not a main beach so make sure to have water shoes. we didn't swim there and walked down to the area's with most of the resorts. That is a solid 20-30 minute walk one way. The only issue with walking was that if you want restaurants they are down there so having a car would be more convenient.
