"I choose this wonderful hotel every time I visit Batumi. It always amazes me with its hospitality, excellent service, and unforgettable sea views. This time, I was amazed by the new design and quality of the hotel rooms, the high-tech control of all room elements, and, of course, the highly equipped spa complex, I really liked the restaurant on the 20th floor. "Location of the hotel was main reason for booking it and it was right choice. Beach, park, promenade, old town, all within 1-8min walking which was for us perfect. Front desk staff, which was helpful in different matters / issues /requests we have had. Thank you, good job ! View from the room absolutely stunning, overlooking Black Sea, Batumi and Mountains."

"Breakfast room is undersized for amount of people using it, which leads to shortage of food + waiting times for being seated or at the live cooking station can be 10min+ and staff is overwhelmed by situation and can not help. This is a hotel management issue and needs to be monitored for maybe future renovation. From our experience minimum 20+ indoor seats and 1+ more coffee / juice stations is needed. This is not a critic on staff, it is a feedback to Management for making Sheraton Batumi better for the future."

"I like the attitude of the front desk staff/receptionist. They are really helpful, especially the male manager of the front desk area. He is really kind, approachable, and always keeping his smile all throughout the day. Really professional. Thank you."

"Maybe the toilet seat is not well maintained. It has a lot of dirt inside but I tend to just cleaned them away. No big deal."
