"The toilet and bathroom need some improvement. Additionally, the kitchen utensils were dirty and the kettle smelled bad. The sofa bed isn't very comfortable. And cleanliness is essential. And there are thick spiderwebs in the house. But they are compatible in terms of price and quality."

"There was no soap in the kitchen and no body-shampoo with the shower (only one for hair). Not a problem in itself, these lacks becomes a problem inasmuch they are unexpected. Persons taller than 177 cm would feel uneasy about using the bathroom & toilet. Host(s) were kind and key was easy to obtain, but the meeting was preceded by slightly innerving exchange of messages as to when is my expected hour of arrival. From now on, I will not specify my expected hour of arrival: basing on this case and previous experience, I would say the option of indicating an arrival hour interval is not used for the sake of customer's convenience but for the sake of host's convenience."

"The appartment is well located in old Tbilissi and comfortable. It is in a basement with 2 small windows so not so much light but not important to us since we were visiting Tbilissi. The owner is kind and responsive."

"The host accommodated late check-in after midnight. The instructions to collect keys were smooth. This location is at a very walkable distance to major attractions of the Old City like Staute of Mother of Georgia, Bridge of Peace, and Narikala Fortress. There are also many nice bars and restaurants nearby. Black Dog and Dirty Habit are two good bars nearby. Dirty Habit had live Rock music. Overall, smooth."
