The neighbourhood is quiet and there was no annoying noise despite being at street level. Metro #12 is pretty close and brings you straight to the center of Paris. W pełni wyposażona, funkcjonalna kuchnia, pomimo małych rozmiarów. Bardzo czysto. Wszystkie udogodnienia (klimatyzacja, grzejnik, kuchenka, mikrofalówka) działające.
