"There is no dish dryer. Washed dishes have to dry on the table. In general, it is better to put a dishwasher. A small round table is not needed and only gets in the way. The glass on the dining table needs to be fixed (or the table needs to be changed). Now this table is dangerous for children. Nowhere to dry wet clothes and towels after the beach or rain. But the main problem is the sofa. It cannot be called a sleeping place at all. She is small and tough. The sofa needs to be changed."

"I liked it all. perfect size for one/two people, noting that (like all historic buildings) bathroom is pretty squeezy, even for a slim person like me!"

"The apartment was really clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. There were loads of maps to help plan the stay, and a booklet with information on activities, restaurants and places to drink. Some really nice touches by the host such as chocolate, and information on bus routes etc."

"Le matelas est à améliorer , des petits détails à apporter : support pour le pommeau de douche et produit, cloche micro onde , balayette , dessous de plat (table en verre) , peut-être un mini four plus pratique qu'un micro onde si on veut rester plus longtemps"

"J’ai séjourné dans cet appartement du 8 au 11 novembre 2025 et j’en garde un très bon souvenir. Tout était impeccable : propre, confortable et décoré avec goût. L’emplacement est vraiment idéal pour profiter de Saint-Malo intra-muros à pied, je me suis sentie en sécurité et parfaitement à l’aise durant tout mon séjour."

"Le seul petit point à savoir : il n’y a pas de place de parking dédiée, et les parkings autour sont payants. Prévoir un budget pour garer la voiture. Mais honnêtement, ça ne gâche en rien la qualité du logement. Je recommande chaleureusement !"
