"Cet appartement est spectaculaire ! Décor moderne, épuré, magnifique, avec une très grande télévision à écran plat (je pense 75 pouces ou plus). Situé à 3 minutes à pied du centre d'Auxerre, il vous permet d'accéder à pied, en transports en commun ou avec votre voiture, à tous les lieux les plus intéressants d'Auxerre. L'appartement est un open space, avec une chambre et une salle de bain séparées. La douche est très grande. Les plafonds sont hauts et j'y ai séjourné plusieurs jours avec tout le confort que l'on peut avoir chez soi. Le rapport qualité-prix est vraiment bon, l'hôte est très disponible et aimable. Check-in et check-out intelligents. Il n'y a pas de stationnement privé, mais il est très facile de se garer devant la maison. Je reviendrai certainement, même avec ma famille."

"We had a pleasant stay in this basic but functional apartment, warmly welcomed by a kind mother and daughter. They speak little to no English, so check-in and asking questions was a bit of a challenge, but they were very friendly and hospitable. The best part of this place is the location, just a 5-minute walk to the beach and the lovely boulevard. The apartment is simple and located in what seems to be a senior residence. It was clean, but unfortunately did not smell very fresh, with one bedroom in particular having a damp/musty odour. It is equipped with all the basic necessities, making it a practical choice if you value location above all."
