"We were greeted by Sylvain after a quick call as we found a few properties with the same number on the road. We walked into a gorgeous garden and pool. The facilities are perfect for us and the photos are a true reflection of the property. The lounge and kitchen dining table is open planned. It consists of a fridge/ freezer hatch. Two gas burners and an electric oven. The bathroom consists of a shower sink and toilet. The bedroom is spacious and has enough drawers and hangers for our clothes. It also had a desk if you unfortunately have to work. There is a massive supermarket a short drive away. Sylvain and Nathan were exceptional hosts and lived upstairs. Any help needed was responded to quickly. We had no problem relaxing around the apartment or sleeping in the sun by the pool when we did not have the urge to go out. Which was often. You are approximately a 15 minute drive away from Nice airport via the toll motorway. We will definitely come back again."

"Schöne ruhige Lage mitten im Kiefernwald, nahe vom Meer. Ein wenig ausserhalb von Soulac. Schöne Dependance in einem kunstvoll angelegten Garten. Wirkt alles sehr gut arrangiert. Stylish eingerichtet. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war sehr gut. Sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis."

"Posizione, pulizia, appartamento molto bello e molto confortevole, silenzio, con ascensore, doccia grande con vetro e non tenda, frigorifero grande, due ventilatori funzionanti, e un condizionatore portatile che però non abbiamo usato. Noi eravamo in due adulti, due adolescenti, e una bimba di 4 anni. Ottimo anche per famiglie."

"Wow what a great accommodation! Its a hidden gem near the city Nice and Saint-Paul de Vence just around the corner. The car could parked for free at the yoga building. During check-in the mother of Natacha explained all the facilities like the kitchen outside, lights, wasmachine, etc. The accomodation is lovely! Very quite area and a lot of privacy. Also the little pool was wonderful to start the day with a fresh dive. A lot of furniture in the garden. The cabin is very clean, bed is perfect and bathroom has al the facilities that you need. Natacha was very friendly and reacts fast with SMS texting. Perfect spot for a reasonable price!"

"The whole house was spotlessly clean and we had plenty of the basics like crockery, as well as brand new modern white goods - cooker, coffee makers, microwave, dishwasher, electric barbecue, TV, washing machine and dryer. They had thought of everything. The bedding was lovely and we had plenty of towels. It was nice to have comfortable chairs in the lounge area too. We had a couple of minor problems, which were quickly sorted out by the very pleasant owners; we were gifted some of their delicious pork patés as an apology. Despite work going on around the site, we were not inconvenienced at all. Everyone we met was welcoming and helpful. The site is located in lovely countryside but not too far from local roads, the main road, and even the motorway, so very convenient for travelling, sightseeing and shopping."
