They upgraded me to the nicer room for the first night, so I decided to stay 1 more night in booking directly with them in hopes that they would give me the same price as the first night or the better price than Booking.com because they paid commission. But no chance to make them change, I paid the same price as on Booking.com. I am from hospitality direction, I can understand how important to get the loyal customer. It is not about money but about the principle and commercial aspect. I was a little bit disappointed. Overall I love this hotel."

"A karácsonyi vásár miatt érkeztünk a városba. Jókat olvastam a szállásról, melyet igazolni is tudok. Könnyed sétával megközelíthető a belváros, ahol is a vásár több helyszíne is található. Kiemelném még a biztonságos parkolót. A reggelit viszont inkább közepesnek mondanám."

"Az eddigi kedvenc hotelem egész Franciaországban, méghozzá a személyzet miatt. Este későn érkeztünk, amíg a férjem parkolt(szemben van egy megfigyelt parkolóház, szó szerint egy út választja csak el a hoteltől), addig becsekkoltam. Mikor elmentem a bejárat elől, hogy integessek a férjemnek, hogy hol a bejárat a recepciós úr kifutott utánam, hogy jól vagyok-e. Borzasztó szimpatikus dolog volt, hogy így foglalkoznak az emberekkel. De végig mindent kedvesen magyarázott el. Másnap is kedvesség fogadott minket a recepciós hölgy és reggeliztető úr személyében. A reggeli fantasztikus volt, helyi dolgokkal. Folyamatosan töltötte az úr,ha valami kifogyóban volt, vagy csak nem volt tele. A tisztaságról nem beszélve az asztalokat folyamatosan tisztította, a szobánk ugyanígy. Egyszer még visszatérünk biztosan. Köszönünk mindent!"
