"We arrived tired after a long drive to look out on the beautiful view from the road (and at one point a view-loving horse who just stood there and wouldn't move for the car). A little drive from the main drag but not too far. We were welcomed by Guillaume who showed us into Le Fromagerie - we could see it was beautifully clean and had everything we needed, including a few little extras (like toilet roll). Very quiet at night and very dark. Not far from Saint Marie Aux Mines for your shopping needs and also the mountain roads. We couldn't fault it."

"Amazing hidden gem. We stopped on the way to ferry and it turned to be wonderful place. Once we cross the door threshold we have been welcomed by owner and we felt like visiting an old friend. Very family atmosphere, it more feels like home then hotel."
