"Location, security, how clean it was. Overall personnel is nice and respectful and they would let us have hot water from the machine for free for us to drink Argentinian mate. The room was huge and the view impressive."

"Should have a better spot for guests to sit down to eat, for example, when we're not using the restaurant. I was removed from there when they saw i brought food. Then i had to seat in one of the 3 tables they have in a roofed patio which was pretty cold. My girls had just showered and later one of them had a caugh. On the other hand, we had personnel opening Our door THREE times without knocking. The last time it was a man (we were a grown woman and my two girls) at 12.30 when we had paid for late check out. He was not rude or anything but questioned "arent you leaving at 1 pm?" Well yeah we were changing clothes to leave, still within our paid time. Knocking the door would have made the difference. I sent them an email this morning because i had a problem with the washing machine and got charged twice. Ill see what it comes out of that."

"No towel. So this is the minimum we expect: a shower and a bed. They sell the towel. The bathroom with no light and no drainage."

"Room was clean and good. It was a room with 4 beds in total and an own shower in the room. Hair dryer and towel was provided for free when I asked at the reception. For 8€ I bought a padlock because I forgot mine at home, so this was also convenient. At the first floor there are lockers which you can use all the time (e.g. before/after check-in/-out) but unfortunately they are quite expensive."

"In front of the entrance, there is sometimes a large crowd of friends who want to go to the parties. So you have to squeeze through them. But other than that, there was no noise in the rooms. Everything else was perfect."

"I stayed for one night, did late check-in(around 11pm) and early checkout(8.30am). 7/24 reception is a very nice thing to have. Also the staff especially murat was a very good man. Rooms were clean, floors and facilities are nice."
