"Excellente communication avant l'arrivée. Grâce aux indications données nous avons trouvé très facilement malgré un brouillard très dense. Le chalet est spacieux et fonctionnel, conforme à l'annonce."
"Nous avons eu très froid. L'annonce disait qu'une fois le chauffage en route le chalet serait à température en 15 minutes. En réalité il a fallu plus de deux heures ! Dommage qu'un minimum de chauffage n'ait pas été mis en route avant notre arrivée (ne serait que 12 degrés on aurait été moins congelés)."

"Everything! Lovely house, lovely location, lovely people, lovely dog. Incredibly peaceful location. Lovely welcome and kind gift of croissants for breakfast to go with the coffee, tea and milk kindly provided. Highly recommended location."
"The room and bathroom was very spacious and comfortable, and the decoration is absolutely beautiful. I requested an earlier breakfast to leave in time for my flight, and in the morning I found everything well prepared and delicious. There is a game room inside, and spa, pool and table tennis outside. As there were no other guests at the time, Mathieu agreed to play with me for while and it was great fun. He also provided some suggestions for shopping in the area. It was an enjoyable stay, the best between a hotel and family stay, and I wished I could have stayed longer."
"Clean comfortable apartment. Good location, lots of shops nearby, and there is plenty of free parking in the square over the road. But beware you can't park there between 6am and 4pm Sundays - there is a market and they will tow your car away. Luckily there is a free car park (adjacent to the square) which is free after 6pm and on Sundays. The host accepted our booking at very short notice (a few hours) as we had had been cancelled by another Booking.com host a few hours before we were due to arrive in Tours. He was very efficient, and saved the day for us."
