"Appartamento nuovo e pulito. Moderno. Cucina con accessori belli e nuovi. Balcone attrezzato. Entrata solo con codice. Spazioso con tutti i confort. Un bel extra il garage. Ascensore. Materassi dei letti belli duri ,come piacciono a me."

"Mancava il bagnoschiuma. Si potrebbe mettere un porta oggetti nella doccia. L’ asciugacapelli non è adatto a chi ha i capelli lunghi. Il divano letto non era comodo. Molte informazioni solo dopo richiesta."

"l'appartement est équipé dans les moindres détails de tout ce qu'il faut. Il est d'une propreté impeccable, la résidence est très calme ,sécure et propre. l'hôte a été disponible dès l'accueil et tout au long du séjour. Vraiment top!"

"Ich war noch nie in einer so bis aufs kleinste Detail perfekt ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung, die auch noch dazu in einem Neubau ist. Trotz ihrer Lage am Stadtrand von Nancy, ist die Verbindung mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln sehr gut und im Nahbereich zu Fuss kann man gut einkaufen. Der Vermieter war immer erreichbar und sehr hilfreich."

"Frangipanie was great value for money - in the centre of a small quiet village with a bakery, restaurant, bar and small supermarket. The house is a short walk to a lovely beach and it's easy to park either inside the property gates or on the street right outside. The garden was excellent, really well maintained and lovely on a warm sunny day. There's also a good size patio with a table tennis table. Wifi was very fast and the house was clean. Concierge was very helpful with good communication."

"Beautiful and charming little village!! Plenty of restaurants available and a good bakery (2 min walk from the house). The lake is a short drive away. We visited the cities Chambéry and Annency, both under 50 min drive away from Chanaz. Both cities are spectacular, so nice and charming. The views of the mountains and the lake are also breathtaking. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay. A nice terrace to have breakfast or read a book, a well equipped kitchen, everything was very clean."
