"Beautiful, clean, close to shopping center, city center and border. Facilities complete. Host is very friendly"

"A bit far if coming from railway station. Maybe more instructions. Some food still left in fridge, unsure of condition"

"The house is quite large and very warm during -30C temperature outside. The arrangement of the bed is a bit strange but I like unique things. The kitchen is very useful where the situation is not possible for us to buy food due to extreme weather at that time."

"I only stay for one night as this is a transit town for us before continuing our journey. The fact that I have to install my own bed linen and in early morning as I want to leave, I have to dismantle it again, vacuum the floor, and do some house cleaning, it is too much work. We are very tired after a 1000Km journey. If I noticed this, I would choose a hotel instead. It will not be a problem if you stay for several day though. So, totally not a show stopper. The refrigerator need some cleaning. I open it to keep some food but changed my mind after the smell."

"Aamiaisen sai valmistaa itse omien mieltymysten mukaan. Kaikki tarvittava astiasto oli ja löytyi kaapista. Vedenkeitin voisi uusia tai "tehopestä" lähiaikana. Hyvä sänky ja sauna oli todella erinomainen asia, josta täydet pisteet."

"Loistava sijainti ja asunnossa kaikki mukavuudet. Erittäin hiljainen talo."

"Mainostettiin jokinäkymällä ja parvekkeella. LOL. Olihan siellä ranskalainen parveke sisäpihan parkkipaikalle ja kun oikein tarkasti katsoi niin saattoi joesta nähdä vilahduksen. Mutta tämä pettymys meni nopeasti ohi koska huoneisto oli muuten tosi kiva ja loistavalla paikalla. Tulemme varmasti uudelleen👍"

"Tilat olivat avarat ja sijainti oli todella hyvä. Alin kerros oli helppokulkuinen ja pihapiiri viihtyisä. Varustelutaso oli hyvä ja asunnossa oli helppo laittaa ruokaa."

"Kiuas oli valitettavasti rikki, joten sauna jäi toiveista huolimatta käymättä. Tästä on vuokraajalle ilmoitettu ja asia ilmeisesti hoidossa."

"Très bon lit, super sauna, situation centrale, calme, entrée dans le logement facile et hôte attentif."

"Le logement se situe au rez de chaussée et donne sur le parking, donc la vue n'est pas incroyable et il faut garder les rideaux fermés mais ça convenait parfaitement à notre besoin"

"A real Finnish cottage experience in a log cabin and super sauna! The cottage is situated right next to the lake, would like to come back in summertime. Not very far from main road, worth to drive some extra miles. Everything you need was there. It was ok to stay overnight in wintertime. The sauna was really super - the best wood sauna we have ever had. After sauna you can chill on the glass covered terrace, in case you do not want to jump into snow. The cottage greeted us with warm fireplace and the house was cosy warm, thank you Kaisa!"

"An absolutely wonderful property with a wonderful host. Beautiful walks from the doorstep into the established woodland paths, amazing facilities inside, real attention to detail. "Absolutely brilliant stay. I did stay up fairly late, a lot of peopl hunt northern lights at night so is normal and I sleep easy with noise (not that there was any apart from the odd snoring, I stayed in mixed dorm). A lot of people use noise cancelling headphones. All the people staying there are on the same wavelength.. so friendly! My best experience there was going on a hike with two others I met there. I also did northern lights hunt with another person. The sauna there is amazing!! They have sleds and bikes to hire and all the kitchen facilities! I didn’t have to wait once to cook something. They even have a cupboard of free stuff that people leave! If you use uber, taxis are fairly cheap to city centre and Santa Claus village. Or Santa Claus village is a short distance. A lot of activity providers pick you up from hotel or Santa Claus village"
