El propietario vio a mi llegada que la bombilla del baño se había fundido y tardó 3 minutos en ir a por una nueva y cambiarla él mismo. También me permitió dejar mi maleta en el apartamento el último día hasta que terminara mi reunión de trabajo. Muy atento y amable. El barrio es muy tranquilo y agradable con pequeñas tiendas cerca.
