"Csodálatos, és bőséges reggeli!!! Esetleges kérést is teljesítették (pl. főttojás elkészítése, készséggel)! A szálloda kiváló helyen, közlekedés szempontjából ideális. A szálloda recepció, takarítás, és esetenként a felszolgálás is remek volt. Nagyon örültünk a Bazel-kártyának, ingyen utaztunk, bejártuk a várost, gyönyörű helyekre jutottunk el a kártyát használva."
"Ha reggelinélnem lett volna "megtiltva" a nem európai személyzetnek hogy mosolyogjon, és nem lett volna hátrány ha érezni lehetett volna rajta (de csak rajta), hogy a vendégért van és fontos a szállodának is, hogy jó vélemény legyen. Tehát a savanyúság is meg volt, bár mellőztük volna az ilyen tipusút!!!"
