"We made use of the campsite. The food was amazing and we were very happy to make use of the outdoor shower and having our hiking clothes washed. Back on the trail feeling refreshed! The hosts were very welcoming and made us feel right at home. Would definitely recommend this place!"

The bathroom itselfe and the toilett is in another house but not far away from the cabin, just like 20 steps.

Water in toilet was salty and low pressure. Could improve food and menu.

Equipment was very modern and well kept. I was a bit out of practice so I felt in safe hands with my guides. Accomodation was great. The place has been built from scratch and with a lot of thought. First of all please do not rely on the reviews here. The most one I think are fake reviews. This is now the real situation at this so called Nature "hotel". Flies flies flies. Everywhere thousand of flies. Flies in the rooms, flies in the restaurant everywhere you will have the flies. This is an indicator about the bad hygiene in this hotel. I have booked to so called King Room with Mountain view. It sounds very friendly but the reality is totally a horror. The room is very dirty and most issue it is wet and everywhere you see mold. When you enter the room you smell the moldy air. Absolutely unhealthy enviroment. Even the bedding is moldy and wet. The floor is wet. The walls are wet. We have to use hair dryer to have a little bit dry feeling when we sleep. But we could not sleep very well. Very terrible situation. Beside the moldy enviroment the room cleanless is terrible. Everywhere died flies and their feces. Stains on bedding and hairs. The bathroom was so dirty that we have avoided to take a shower. The toilet was not cleaned. The breakfast was consist of only rice and noodle and some unfresh cakes. On the food there are a lot of flies. They have a menu but most ones are not available. So we ate some noodle but was very low quality. Now my frustration. I have paid 1.4mRP for one night. In Indonesia you can stay in a very good 4 star Hotel for this price. I have requested a refund but the owner/staff was very unfriendly and not collaborative. For 200kRP you can stay in Bromo/Tosari in every homestay which is more better than this kind. So dont rely on the pics and reviews. The guys are cheating in a high level. Please be really careful to book this hotel. I have already claimed to booking.com. "Beautiful bungalow with all the animities you need or even more. You could cook or watch TV, enjoy the nature from the beautiful Terrasse."

The way to get there is very adventurous. I arrived in the dark and I wasn't really sure I am at the right place because of the road. Quite scary.

Amazing chef and great service both days when eating - safaris were amazing and the naturalists and driver ensured we saw lots of animals and also learnt lots!"

- a little more facilities around camp when not on safaris (but we may been In low season) - Bugs in tents but we were warned and suppose this is part of the outdoors and glamping experience

"Nagyon tetszik ez az apró faház. Hosszabb távra nem igazán ajánlom, csak egy napra való, mivel nagyon kicsi a hely. Közös WC-t és fürdőszobát tisztának találtuk. Közel van a folyó, és egy szép dombról könnyen megcsodálhatók a táj szépségei."

Egyetlen dolog nem tetszett: az ágyneműért külön kell fizetni. Mivel csak egy éjszakára voltunk, nem kérünk belőle. Ráadásul nyáron van, így ágynemű nélkül sem fázunk.

"Поддържано място, спокойно, със страхотен плаж! Бяхме на каравана, много ни хареса! В ресторанта на плажа хапнахме прясна рибка!"

Единственото неудобство ако си на каравана или палатка са общите бани и тоалетни, но бяха чисти и бяха само за гости на къмпинга! Така, че отзива не е негативен! Разбира се, предлагат се и студия със соствен санитарен възел!

"Great camping, beautiful surroundings and close to Luxembourg city. the caravan was new, very comfortable and had everything you could possibly need."

Not a lot of communication from staff on check in.

Mobilházunk szintén hangulatos, kényelmes, nagyon tiszta és kifogástalan volt. A konyha jól felszerelt (még a sajtreszelőre és a konzervnyitóra is gondoltak a házigazdák). Kiváló szálláslehetőség, fantasztikus nyaralásunk volt itt, csak ajánlani tudom."

"Small authentic hotel with a beautiful view of the tea plantations. We booked a bungalow with a balcony, bathroom and bedroom. Breakfast was good, but we waited for dinner for more than 1.5 hours."

It was cold in the room, shower doesn't work

"Nagyon barátságos szép környezetben voltunk. A faházak és a lehetőségek nagyon tetszettek. Szép a vár környezete és jó, hogy a kemping ott van a lábánál."

Az ágy kicsit kényelmetlen volt, a matracokat érdemes lenne kicserélni. Nem volt különösen zavaró, de érdemes lenne lecserélni őket.

"Friendly staff, beautiful location, very cozy and comfortable. Was perfect to come back and wind down after a busy day. We loved our tent (large bed with bathroom), definitely did not feel like you were camping. The pool was a great touch as well."

A bit far out of town. 35 minute walk or 6 minute taxi. A small price to pay for such a beautiful location
