The acoustics. I had to come out several times to ask for music or speaking volume to be reduced as it would echo throughout the building to my room when I was trying to sleep.

"It is very cozy and amazing place. I like not very big hotels with warm attitude from all of stuff. And this hotel is admirable according my choice. Not very big, near old center of the city, quite cheap, very clean and with gorgeous owners. The breakfast is separate song in this story)) It was huge, very tasty and very Georgian. Shared kitchen, laundry and lounge were ideal, well equipped kitchen with double dishwasher and large fridge capacity. It ran very smoothly but entirely without seeing staff. Wanaka was wonderful and Springs Lodge lived up to its location"

Not much! Second drawer of dishwasher, handle was broken Sitting areas for each room open onto shared area, so some might feel a lack of privacy, and each one has 2 chairs and a table, but only one cushion (ok not a problem but a bit odd).

"The host, Andrae was super friendly and helpful, I was able to check in a bit late, he also organised an early morning taxi for me to get to the airport. The location is great, right in the middle of Philipsburg and just minutes walk from the beach. You're surrounded by restaurants and shops. Price was excellent."

Room and amenities are simple, but for this price and location you can't complain.

"Good location near the main street with bus stop and supermarkets and restaurants. Room is clean and bathroom is newly renovated. Although the room is next to a main street there was no traffic noise. Great with parking included and breakfast included. Good with some cookies and dried wasa bread and coffee is available all day."

The wardrobe in the room was broken, the door cannot be opened. A towel for the floor in the bathroom was missing. The breakfast is a simple business breakfast and not a holiday breakfast buffet. Stairs to come to your room. So if you have luggage it is a bit trouble.

The room was very simple and the mattress was hard as a rock, but overall not bad at all.

I got a room in rhe endcof the corridor very few guests so the hot water didn't come before I stopped showering. But no big deal.

"The room and the whole atmosphere/service felt more like a classical hotel than a hostel, so the price was more than fair. The staff are extremely engaged in making their guests feel comfortable and they even organized fresh glutenfree bread for breakfast. The location is a little off in Zona 10, but everything needed is within reach by foot and/or taxi."

My room had a desk, which accommodated electric plugs, but there were none beside the bed. When the window was not open, the air got a little stuffy, presumably from the included bathroom.
