"This guy gets it. This is what B&B felt like at its infancy, before it became a property business ROI machine. Here you have actual conversations and human atmosphere. Host is very friendly, joins for breakfast chat, and is a really wise and cool person, who is happy to talk tourist things, history, and life. Overall the place has 3 small rooms, with a huge shared central room, so it must be fun for friend groups. Amenities, location, and basics are fine. Furniture is amazing and well kept antics. Breakfast is basic but local and fresh. I traveled for business, but will come back with family. :)"

There was an initial problem with payment to secure the booking. Our French is very poor & it was difficult to communicate with staff on the phone & by email. Some black mould in the wardrobe.

"The evening meal provided at a very reasonable cost was one of the best I've had in a b&b. All organic salad and vegetables and that was also true of the wonderful breakfasts that are included in the room price. The location was spectacular, amazing views over the valleys below."

There really wasn't anything to dislike as far as I was concerned.

The room was on the ground floor opening right into the courtyard where they serve breakfast. So it was noisy (after 9 am I could not sleep), and it was not possible to open the windows to get a bit of natural light or air because of the privacy. The shower was with an open ceiling and didn't have any ventilation. Also, the wall between the bathroom and the room was not full height so after taking shower the steam was going into the whole room. We even asked for another room but there was no reception, only a person (as a security I guess) who said I don't know. He did not even know English and the communication was through Google Translate.

"Location was amazing, the food you can have at the izakaya was amazing. They could speak english and one of the person working there translated the whole menu for us. They have a great system in place for the shared showers so don’t be worried about that. Hateruma is a gorgeous place to explore, highly recommend! Also booking system was super easy."

Not very big, near old center of the city, quite cheap, very clean and with gorgeous owners. The breakfast is separate song in this story)) It was huge, very tasty and very Georgian. "This hotel was absolutely charming. Everything felt easy and relaxed, and everyone was incredibly helpful and chill from the moment I arrived. I loved my room, the beach, the food… honestly, everything. A special mention to Rudi at the breakfast restaurant — she was truly lovely and made my morning better with the delicious mimosa she prepared for me. I ended up extending my stay by one more night, and the team helped me move everything seamlessly to my new room. Since it was raining and I was leaving that day, they even proactively offered to put some of my clothes in the dryer because they had been hanging outside, which was such a thoughtful touch. I can’t wait to go back. Waking up to those views is something I’ll never forget — everything was just perfect."

"I checked out the room and then in the airport I got the news that my flight was delayed for 5 hours. I came back in the hotel and they allowed me to stay in my room. Thanks for understanding. The hotel doesn't offer food though they recommended the good restaurant nearby. They have a driver to arrange a transfer when necessary. So nice when we were in a rush to the airport!I"

I would recommend to renew towels. They were clean but old.
