"We tried 3 different hostels in UB and this one was the best by far. It is cheap (around 7€ per night), very clean, modern, the beds in the dormitory are very good, and most of all, the hosts are super nice. Yuka and her family made us feel really welcome, and Yuka is super funny. After 1 week there it felt like home. I definitely recommend this place !"

Nothing to do with the accomodation but eating out is ridiculously expensive.

We loved being able to stroll along the Mole and watch the sunset. The apartment itself is clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with a lovely balcony to enjoy your morning coffee or evening drinks. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with great recommendations for things to see and do in the area. Highly recommended for a relaxing and memorable getaway in Swakopmund!"

Die Koffer zwei Etagen nach unten und wieder hochtragen. Obwohl es auch toll war von der Terrasse aus gleich nach draußen zu können.

"Nagyon kedves a szállásadó, welcome drinkkel fogadott :) Sok hasznos infót adott a környéken lévő túralehetőségekről, boltokról, éttermekről. Az apartman teraszáról csodás volt a kilátás, a patak csobogását hallgattuk esténként és a tücskök ciripelését. A konyha kicsi, de minden volt benne, amire szükség lehet. A ágyak nagyon kényelmesek voltak. Az apartman minden jóval fel van szerelve."

"My family had a wonderful experience. The check in process was easy. It's important to inform the staff about time of arrival. Also I texted and emailed before hand and the staff were responsive. The rooms were clean and comfortable. My favorite part was the full kitchen . We were able to cook our own meals. Another favorite are was the washer and dryer. 3 rooms were located on the second floor and my family was very comfortable with the set up. The location was around 5 minute drive to Tumon beach and the malls. It's important to have a car rental when renting this apartments. It was a great value for money. I would stay here again"

"Great comfortable three bedroom apartment in Bethlehem. One bedroom with an en suite bathroom. Very helpful and friendly hosts, always ready to help when needed. Within walking distance of the town centre and Manger square."

The actual location of the apartment was not exactly as indicated on the booking.com map, which was not so good for us.

Their professionalism and kindness truly made a difference. The property is also very well connected, which made getting around easy and convenient. "We loved the view from our eco friendly and very well appointed self contained place - we could see the sea and were surrounded by trees, flowering plants and birds. We liked being a short walk downhill to the village of Castara with grocery shops, places to eat local food and entertainment. Bars on the beach were very friendly. We loved getting a boat to nearby coves and snorkelling. Paradise for us!"

The fairly stiff walk back from the village is fine as long as you don't rush. The Castara Retreats Restaurant serves lovely fresh fish caught locally but wine as you might expect is eye wateringly expensive. Try Stag beer instead and even that is twice as expensive as in the village.

"This is my second time staying at Mei Place and it’s been an absolute pleasure. The staff is super sweet, the rooms are cleaned every day. It’s very spacious and has a beautiful garden and rooftop with a pool. There’s even room to store food and drinks in the fridges and depending on which accommodation you book there’s even kitchens that you can use. It’s also located close to nyali center and the beach and a lot of nice restaurants! Well worth the price and I’d always recommend staying here."

Every thing was good for the price there was nothing that was realy missing maby a bit more kitchen were if people would want to cook there something but not realy anything else.
